This is the 2006 reissue of the famous 1956 Guided Missile Fleet Gift Set which includes all three classic "S" kits- USS Boston CAG-1, USS Currituck (class leader Seaplane Tender) and the World's First Nuclear Submarine, Nautilus SSN-571. Never started and all parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. This reissue was part of Revell's 50th Anniversary celebration. The original Gift Set from the 1950s did not include the seaplane tender but her converted sister ship, Norton Sound.

Original Renwal issue from the late 1950s; not a common modern reissue. The hardbox has fantastic artwork of Hawk in action shooting down a four engine bomber, which is probably a B-17 drone (like the Nike Ajax boxart). This was an excellent kit for that time featuring three removable missiles, a detailed launch trailer that elevates and rotates the missiles, complete radar trailer with rotating and tilting radar housings. There is a crew of four and full decals. Molded in white and olive drab plastic. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box has typical age spotting as shown.

Still factory sealed and from the late 1960s/early 1970s. This is one of a wonderful and extensive line of 1/48 car kits from Renwal. They are perfect as a stand-alone models or for use in 1/48 dioramas and O Scale train layouts. Renwal did an excellent job on engineering & detail and they feature full interior, body and chassis parts molded in the proper colors as well as clear, chrome and/or brass plated and with real rubber tires. There is no painting required. The instructions include a history of the automobile.

Large scale model that features 163 pieces, very highly detailed interior, extensive decals and more. Never started. The Type XXI U-Boats were the world's first true submarines; they could travel at high speeds for great distances underwater and attack without visual contact with the targets. The 'snort' allowed them to recharge the batteries and renew the air, eliminating the last needs for surfacing. A development of the Walther Peroxide Boats, the XXIs were seen as a faster way to put a more advanced submarine into service.

Older but excellent kit from ex-Pyro molds. Full hull model measures about 5 inches long when assembled and features detailed wood-grain hull and decks, separately molded cannon, ships boat, lanterns, anchor, oars, masts, billowing sails and more. Includes a display stand and name plate. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing one small cannon; otherwise complete with all other parts and instructions. Barbary Pirate ships were the scourge of the Mediterranean Sea for nearly 400 years and played an important roll in the early American Navy battles. Although classed as pirate ships, the Felucca crews considered themselves to be properly commissioned men-of-war who were rovers and fighters.

The visual effect of the SAC 'Anti-Nuclear Flash White' is shown well in the box art of thie 1973 issue. Very nicely detailed and contains 207 parts. Features a crew of three, detailed cockpit, elevating and traversing rear turret, opening and closing bomb bay doors, operating wing flaps, operating spoilers, optional position entry hatch and landing gear, optional parts to display one nacelle open to show the jet engine and more. Includes decals for SAC or camo versions. The kit has never been started. Rare and still the only injection molded kit ever made of this aircraft in 1/72 scale. Features fine, recessed panel line detail. Never started. Factory sealed bag complete with decals and instructions. This is the 16-cylinder, 490 mph Super Thunderbolt. This radical craft was designed to test the Chrysler XIV-2220-1 liquid-cooled inverted 'V-16' engine. Two P-47D airframes were set aside for modification by Republic at Evansville under subcontract to Chrysler. The airframe was redesigned from the firewall forward and under the belly from the nose to the radiator to a point aft of the rear gas tank. A GE CH5 Turbo Supercharger was installed in the lower rear fuselage. Final drive was through a 14 foot diameter Curtiss propeller. Many problems were encountered with the engine, so the aircraft did not fly till after the war in Europe on July 26th, 1945. Twenty-seven test flights were made including one at 30,000 ft that reached 490 mph.
