Small scale kit from Berlin, Germany. I am unable to find a date, but the kit is certainly certainly old, most likely dating from the mid 1960s. Inside the box is a beautiful 1/200 Viscount 810 molded in gloss silver with open cabin windows, blue-tinted clear cockpit windows and clear propeller discs, an instruction sheet with markings guide photo, color decals and a blue plastic display base with a formed metal stand wire. The aircraft is accurate and very well molded like a scale model (and not like a toy) and has raised panel lines and control surface outlines lines; the clear propeller discs are in mint condition as are the four spinners. The piece has never been displayed as there is no fading, scratches or wear of any kind. 100% complete and factory-new inside.

Dated 1965. This full hull kit features very good detail, pre-molded ratlines, detailed deck, billowing sails and more. Includes display stand. Measures 8.5 inches inches long when assembled. Molded in dark wood brown and off-white. A photo of the built kit on the instructions serves as a standing rigging diagram. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. This is one of the 'intermediate' line of Pyro ship kits, which at the time were Pyro called '$1.00 Models' (later $1.25). All were roughly the same size and were a significant increase in detail from the '50 Cent Models'. Kits in the $1.00 line included the Skipjack, Racing Yawl, Persian Gulf Trader, Burma River Pirate, Polynesian Outrigger Canoe, Cutty Sark, Charles W. Morgan, HMS Bounty and HMS Ark Royal. 50 Cent kits in 1965 included the Mayflower, Barbary Pirate, USS Constitution, Santa Maria, Golden Hind, Half Moon, Bon Homme Richard, War Brig, HMS Victory and Flying Cloud.

Rare, large-format box issue with numerous photos of ships in this class. This model is from ITC Ideal molds dating from the late 1950s/early 1960s and is well detailed model for that time. Features full hull with complete deck fittings and display stand. Never started. The parts that were factory sealed (the small parts trees) are still factory sealed; the parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. The striking Jack Leynnwood box art shows SCs under a threatening sky attacking a submerged U-boat in defense of a convoy. SC96 served in the Mediterranean theater during WW I where US subchasers were considered an important deterrent to Central Power submarine activity.

It features all parts required for the stock hardtop , stock convertible or two Darryl Starbird customs - one hardtop and the other a futuristic bubble-top. The kit is from high-quality molds with 161 parts. All 4 variants feature a detailed engine, engine compartment, underside with suspension, exhaust and drive line, full interior, opening doors and hood. The first custom is a mild hardtop custom with unique grill insert, interior touches, gauges and decals. The full custom is a fascinating design with large clear bubbles for the roof, unique front grill and bumper, unique rear bumper, wild decals and more. Molded in chrome, high gloss red, gloss black, white, clear and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. NOTE: one part, the front suspension, has a clean break. Both parts are included and fit back together perfectly for a straight-forward repair.
