Very rare, second issue from 1956 that is correct in every way. Unusual narrow height Pre 'S' box has the full artwork and the rare one-piece stand arm. The box is in investment-grade 'near mint-' condition. Color and gloss is like new, all four corners are perfect, no price tags or marks from tags, there is no tape - not even marks from the original factory sealing tape. There are no tears, tape or otherwise, creases, fading, stains or dents. The only flaws are slight edge wear and a 'light' spot just behind the foreground engine that you can see in the photo if you look hard. Has early 2nd issue stand with the two-piece stand arm. Revell very quickly replaced the faulty one-piece with this design. The correct instructions showing this early stand and the decal sheet includes the stand decal. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts, 'excellent' condition decals and instructions. The factory clear small-part 'krinkle' bag is present but is split open, hence the 100% inventory. The first issue of this kit looks exactly like this on the outside, but inside it has the three-prong one piece stand and instructions that reflect that and an updated parts list. The third issue of this kit shared the same part number but is in a taller box, has greatly simplified artwork, the two-piece stand arm and instructions that reflect that change. For a long time it was thought that all 'full' box art versions had the one-piece stand arm; that is not true. Revell changed the design so quickly that some were issued with the change.

Original dealer promotional model. This is a one-owner model, and he got it new in 1960. It has never been played with. The two tone paint is 100% original and has very nice color and gloss. The clear is 'excellent' other than the typical factory flaws. There is very little warping, just at the front fenders which almost every one of this model has. The owner painted the chassis black. He also painted the silver trim to 'professional' quality as shown. It looks better than most factory-painted details.

During the golden era of realistic train models, La Belle Woodworking Company created perhaps the very finest scale kits of early American equipment. The kit features die cut hardwood parts (no balsa) such as pre-cut and scribed sides with all windows factory cut, car ends done in the same fashion, clear window material, excellent underside and cast metal details, building instructions and plans and decals/transfers. I have seen these models built and they look identical to the real prototypes. The kit has not been started and is complete with two packets of small parts envelopes and all other parts inventoried complete with transfers and instructions. Features pilot and gunner figures, one piece canopy, centerline large bomb and two wing-mounted smaller bombs, electric motor for the prop, display stand and battery holder with wires. Molded in gloss green and clear. NOTE: this kit has very neat and minor assembly. The motor mount is glued into the left fuselage half, and the washer and retainer are assembled to the propeller. From 2007. Very nicely molded and detailed large 1/48 scale model. Kit includes mobile launching platform, detailed missile, stair lift check stand, tractor and jet engine and a very large and extensive decal sheet including all white stripes on the missile. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Snark was America's first Intercontinental Cruise Missile. Max speed was 650 MPH and range was 6000 miles. Guidance was by an internal celestial system and the warhead was nuclear. SAC units operated Snark from 1958 to the early 1960s.
