Still factory sealed and in investment-grade condition. Mattel Logo and SkyStick issue dated 1968. Well molded and detailed model for that time with traditional Monogram quality. Features detailed cockpit and gear wells and choice of two canopies. The decals are for Col. Howard, who was a Congressional Medal of Honor winner, an AVG pilot and became the first US pilot to become an ace in both the Pacific and European theaters. His aircraft 'Ding Hao' means 'OK!' in Chinese.

First issue dated 1968. Finely detailed kit of the classic US Biplane fighter of the 1930s. Includes markings from the colorful 17th Pursuit Squadron, early 1930s, Selfridge Field, Michigan. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. P-6 variants were in production for 10 years, a remarkable feat in a time when airframe/power plant technology was changing rapidly.

The side panels of the box top show box art from 5 of the other 1960s Revell US Navy model ships.

Inside each box was a quality Airfix kit but with MPC decals to build any of the three aircraft shown on the box top (VS-2 G. Leppla and J. Liska (downed 7 enemy aircraft in two days with this aircraft) USS Lexington / VMB-2 Marines Late 1940 / VMSB-231 Marines 1943). Well detailed kit. Has parts and decals to make -3 or -5 versions. Well molded kit with all recessed detail. Features full interior with crew, optional position canopy, pivoting rear gun, working arresting hood and center line and wing bomb loads.

Still factory sealed. Very finely molded and well made kit. Features folding wings, interior detail, canopy molded in the correct five different sections for optional positions, two position bomb bay doors, internal bomb load and external drop tanks and wing mounted missiles.This kit is from Airfix molds and is one of the MPC 'Bonus' features series. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s and includes custom and stock decals as well as the clear modular display stand. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models.
