Rare first issue from 1956 with Northern Lights logo. The box is in beautiful "Excellent+++" condition with factory-new color & gloss and four solid corners. There is no fading, no stains, no tears or missing litho, no creases and no price tags or tag marks. It would have graded 'Near Mint' but there is a very small (11mmx 5mm) factory tape pull on the upper long side. Molded in the correct gloss deep green with flexible black treads. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Very rare hand made model from the internal Douglas Studios. Measures 27 1/4 inches high and is made from wood and metal. Brass name plate says 'NASA / Douglas Thrust Augmented Delta'. Condition is beautiful. Decals are excellent. Paint is very good but there is typical hairline age cracking as the entire missile is primarily made of wood. No broken or missing parts.

Jetco kits used the best materials and are very well engineered and complete. This is a Cleveland 'SF' or 'Scale Flying' model in museum scale of 1/16. The kit came from a long time collector of 1930s and 1940s models and is in exceptional condition. All Cleveland kits were exceptionally complete and this one is no exception. Features very high quality balsa printwood and strip wood, covering material, highest quality plans, all parts required for assembly and decals (if issued with the kit). The model has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. The Cleveland Model and Supply Company played a pivotal role in the development of true scale models. In 1909 Bleriot's English Channel flight caused a surge in aviation and model aircraft around the globe. Several companies were ideally positioned to take advantage of the aviation craze. In the USA, Wading River Manufacturing Co. (1909), White Aeroplane (1911), Ideal Model Aeroplane (1911), Broadfield Model Aeroplanes (1919) were among these pioneers, offering everything from plans and parts to complete kits and ARF models. Lindbergh's 1927 crossing of the Atlantic Ocean caused an even bigger world-wide phenomenon called 'The Aviation Craze' that extended up to the start of World War II. Many companies such as Megow, Guillow's and others started right around the time of Lindbergh's flight. Some of these models flew and flew well, but they all had one thing in common - were generally not accurate scale representations. In 1929, a youngster named Ed Packard had a very advanced dream to produce incredibly accurate, true scale models that flew perfectly. This radical idea established the world's longest operating single-owner model airplane supply business, called Cleveland Model and Supply Company. To this day, Cleveland models are treasured as the most accurate flying scale models produced. The fact that Mr. Packard started and successfully grew this business during The Great Depression is a testament to his ideals and business skill. I highly suggest the excellent book called 'Aviations great Recruiter, Cleveland's Ed Packard' by H.L. (Herm) Schreiner. It is an excellent history of the man, his company and the times of the Golden Age of Model Aviation.

Very rare kit for the advanced collector. The Seabee was produced as a high performance sport amphibian. This is a very hard-to-fine original O-lin kit in the small box and advertisement for O-lin cement on the top. Produced in 1949 or just before. O-Lin (Olin) was founded by Paul Lindberg and a Mr. Olsen - hence the company name. Although a producer of flying models in the 1930s, O-lin produced some of the earliest American injection molded kits in the late 1940s. In 1950 the partnership may have ended, because all branding was changed to Lindberg and Paul Lindberg. Inside, the kit is as new. It is molded in high gloss light gray and has the correct decals and instructions. The kit has never been started and is inventoried complete with all parts, instructions and decals.

This kit is still factory sealed in the clear cello wrap but the seal has splits. Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on these long out-of-production, big 1/8 scale kits is amazing. This kit has 1954 parts of plastic, brass, steel, leather, iron, rubber, copper and many other material. Working features include operating steering, working suspension, lights that operate from the dashboard, doors that open and close with operating door latches and handles, starting handle that operates the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, V-belts, Fan, dynamo and more in the engine and much more. Recommended for experienced modelers only. This is the desirable early version with the most realistic wheel construction. Very rare original issue hardbox kit from 1964; not a common reissue. This large and famous model features a large and detailed Kong holding the Girl while his jungle display base shows his natural environment completely trashed by the Wrath of Kong - broken and trampled trees, lizards, snakes, etc. Inside, the kit is molded in the correct black plastic and all parts are in excellent, unbroken condition It has never been started. It has been inventoried 100% complete with all pieces. The instructions are in 'excellent+' condition with slight yellowing as the main flaw. Please note that the box has excellent color and gloss, four perfect corners, no tape or tape marks, no rips, tears, fading or stains but is only graded 'good' because there is a strong crease at the lower part of the "K" in King, the box sides are bowed out as shown and the lower box ('tray') has a deep 1/2" crease along the lower short side. Please note that this kit must be shipped insured.
