Hard-to-find early issue Type 24 from original IMC molds. When Testors purchased these molds, they modified them, making any reissue of the 24 impossible. Features movable ailerons and rudder, full cockpit and business cabin interior, opening cabin upper and lower doors with stairs and magazine rack, removable front nose panel that shows the detailed avionics bay, removable engine covers & detailed turbojet engines, clear lenses for tip tanks lights, green and red tinted clear wing tip navigation lights and even a red tinted clear rotating beacon for the top of the fuselage. Molded in white, clear, chrome plate and real rubber tires, full decals including stripes and more. There is no assembly but NOTE: this kit has very minor painting. There is one coat of zinc chromate green on the inside of the (4) main gear doors, rear interior bulkhead and magazine rack; three cabin entry bulkheads are painted wood brown. There is no other painting. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals (in remarkable 'near mint' condition) and instructions present.

Revell really pulled out the stops on this model, which features parts to build it as a roadster or a closed cab like the box art, real hardwood pickup bed flooring, actual rolling chassis construction just like the full-size truck, detailed front and rear suspension, differential, exhaust & driveline, stock engine or custom with numerous speed equipment options, four-panel hood that opens just like the real one, complete interior, opening doors, optional roadster body with a 'soft top' in up or down position, customizing body panels, spoke wheels, opening tail gate, side mount spare and more. Molded in white, clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires and metal axles. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions. Please note that Revell did not furnish decals with this kit as they are not required. NOTE: there are tire burns on the underside of the hardtop roof (repairable), oil pan (repairable) and several minor, light burns on the seat.

Very rare original issue. Features full interior, molded-in underside detail, optional continental kit and the following customizing parts: lowering blocks, gauge panel, floor shift, lake pipes, fender skirts, custom tail lights, exhaust extensions, extra fins, hood scoop, aerials, spotlights, fender mirrors, roll bar and decals. Molded in ivory white, clear, red-tint clear, chrome and with rubber whitewall tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried and the stock version is complete but NOTE: the custom version is missing one small fin and an antenna. Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals are in amazing 'near mint' condition. The box top displays much better than the 'very good' grade but is rated as such because there is a tape tear on the short left side and light bug damage on the right short side.

First hardbox issue dated 1957. Very nicely detailed for that time, featuring a detailed display base, real windows, 3 figure, benches, baggage and crates, baggage cart, cigarette machine and more. to minimize or eliminate painting, Revell molded this kit in red (building sides), slate gray (roof), light gray (windows + other details) and even factory-airbrushed the base a correct medium wood-brown, the baggage cart orange and cigarette machine & shipping crates dark green. The factory paint is in amazing 'near mint+' condition. The kit has never been started. The factory painted parts were never factory sealed but all other parts and paperwork are still in the internal factory sealed bag. Even the instructions and paperwork is factory sealed. This is one in an excellent line of Revell HO buildings and accessories.
