Very rare original 1964 issue with working headlights and tail lights. The kit features special clear plastic diffusers, all battery hardware, switch and four factory-sealed grain-of-wheat light bulbs, parts for stock, Gene Winfield Custom and racing versions, detailed engine and engine compartment, removable hood, detailed underside, complete interior and more. Molded in white, chrome plate, clear and with metal axles, rubber tires and brass lighting hardware. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals are 100% intact, flat and in amazing 'excellent++' condition. NOTE: there are two tire burn on the top of the trunk lid and a very small one at the very bottom edge of the instrument panel.

NOTE: builder only, please read carefully for the condition. From 1988 and a very nicely molded model featuring very fine recessed panel lines, parts for 'B' or 'C' versions, detailed cockpit, optional wing extended range tanks and optional position speed brakes. Includes decals and detailed painting guide for silver/black and black schemes. NOTE: there is minor assembly and major painting as follow: the seat was once glued to the cockpit floor but has fallen off. There is no other assembly. NOTE: all parts (except clear) have been spray-can painted black. The finish is often rough and the quality of painting is only 'good to fair.' I recommend removing the paint with spray-on oven clearer. NOTE: missing one piece, A17 instrument panel. Otherwise includes all other parts, instructions and decals.

Limited issue 1970s kit when AMT contracted with Hasegawa. Hasegawa made kits in Japan, and AMT put them in boxes to market them in the USA. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. From Steve Payne and Wiki - The U.S. Navy experimented with aircraft camouflage and painted half of the aircraft of CVW-11 with dark green colours to blend in with the Vietnamese jungle. The results proved inconclusive for the U.S. Navy, whereas the U.S. Air Force concluded that the camouflage was effective. U.S. Navy planes would not be camouflaged until the 1980s. Box art is of U.S. Navy North American RA-5C Vigilante aircraft (BuNo 150834) of Heavy Reconnaissance Squadron RVAH-13 Bats in flight over the Gulf of Tonkin. 150834 was one of three replacement aircraft for RVAH-13 on this deployment, as the squadron had lost three of its six aircraft. RVAH-13 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 11 (CVW-11) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CVA-63) for a deployment to Vietnam from 19 October 1965 to 13 June 1966.

Still factory sealed. The side of the box says 'precision model of a battleship that runs' so I assume that it may be motorized. One long side of the box states (in an authoritarian fashion) that "On March 19, 1925, she was damaged during the American air raid of Kure Dockyard." This must have been a very advanced use of long-range air power for that time.

From about 1963 and one of the rare accessories for customizing Monogram's large 1/8 cars or any other large-scale car kit. Includes one pair of factory-fresh, mint condition and never used Firestone 6.00-15 black sidewall tires molded in a rubber-like, hollow and flexible plastic. In an attempt to make the superb but very expensive 1/8 car molds pay off, Monogram issued some parts separately as accessories for any larger car models. The entire line came out in 1963 and consisted of AK201-59 Six Carb Assembly, AK202-59 Oval Gas Tank, AK203-79 Drag Race Set, AK204-79 GMC Blower Set, AK205-79 Chrome Wheel Set, AK206-100 White Wall Drag Slicks and AK207-79 White Wall Tires. Sales were very weak because all of the 1/8 scale car kits were very expensive for that time, so and the line was discontinued.

Rare kit from the 1940s and in very good condition inside and out. Solid wood, large-scale display model has a 10 inch wingspan when assembled. Features profile (2D) cut fuselage & wings, printwood, sandpaper, a sealed envelope of CASCO powdered glue, cut-out insignia on the instructions and detailed full-size plans with templates, instructions and a painting guide. Never started and 100% complete with all parts and paperwork. Eagle Model Aircraft was located in Brooklyn, NY. In the late 1930s and 1940s they produced a very extensive line of large solid wood scale kits as well as stick-and-tissue flying models.
