1961 first and only issue of this very rare kit. Large 1/4 scale. Features break-away block sections 'so you can see what it does and why' - each engine part really moves like the real engine - spark plugs 'fire' (flashing lights) - motorized full engine action - can be torn down and rebuilt just like a real engine! Correctly molded in four colors - black, red, silver and grey. Comes with the correct 'The Internal Combustian Engine' booklet made for this kit. Metal screwdriver, nuts, bolts, valve springs and electric motor included, as well as full instructions. Inside, the kit is 100% factory sealed with all parts in bags exactly as it left the factory. All cardboard dividers are present and mint. Great example of this hard to find kit.

First issue early 1950s U-Ma-Kit from Brooklyn factory. The Yak-25 did not exist; in the next issue the aircraft is called a Mig-19. Molded in the correct Brooklyn high-gloss medium pea-green and clear plastic, with the correct "Brooklyn" stand, instructions and decals. The box is in excellent shape with light surface wear being the only flaw. Even has the original packing tissue. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts decals and instructions.

This is actually the 2nd release of this kit; the F9F and F-90 were the first Aurora kits issued, and they came in a two-color one-piece flip top box. This is one of the famous 'Brooklyn Eight' kits from early 1950. These were issued in very limited numbers and are among the hardest to find Aurora kits. This model is correct in every way with an excellent box. Correct features of Brooklyn kits are as follows: no or minimal rivet detail, no landing gear and no bombs/rockets, clear rectangle stand says 'Brooklyn', instructions say "Brooklyn" and the decals are made by "Tatem Company" and will not have a stand decal included. Even has the original tissue packing paper included. Kit has never been started and is 100% complete with all correct parts, stand, decals and instructions.

Very rare first issue. Of the Brooklyn series, this is usually considered the hardest kit to find. The box is in investment grade condition. The colors and gloss as new. Other than some light scuffing on the sides, there are no other box flaws. Inside, the kit is 100% correct with no rivet detail, no bombs and no landing gear. The color is the unique first run non-metallic burgundy-red with clear canopy and stand. The stand is the correct square one marked "Brooklyn". The instructions are correct Brooklyn also, and the decals are the proper early "Tatem Company" issue. Even the original tissue paper is included. Never started. Very unusual kit with full remote control base. As the 'Pilot' moves the control stick on the remote base, the bomber changes pitch and roll, and the elevons and rudder move to reflect the proper attitude! In addition to the Remote control, there are numerous operating features and good detail - retracting main and nose gear and opening/closing gear doors, opening cockpits, movable control surfaces and four detailed engines with removable cowls.
