Excellent wood and metal kit from 1947. The Alexander Hamilton was a beautiful revenue cutter in service from 1871 to 1906. She took part in the Spanish-American War as part of the Havana harbor blockade fleet. After her service, she was sold to a private individual in 1906. Completed model measures 22 inches long. Hull is about 85% precarved. Includes dozens of metal fittings, full size plans, assembly instructions and complete rigging instructions. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.

This kit is still factory sealed in the clear cello wrap but the seal has splits. Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on these long out-of-production, big 1/8 scale kits is amazing. This kit has 1954 parts of plastic, brass, steel, leather, iron, rubber, copper and many other material. Working features include operating steering, working suspension, lights that operate from the dashboard, doors that open and close with operating door latches and handles, starting handle that operates the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, V-belts, Fan, dynamo, etc in the engine. The convertible top operates - and much, much, more more. Recommended for experienced modelers only. NOTE: This is the desirable early version with the most realistic wheel construction. Each wheel is built just like a real spoke wheel with individual spokes and well over 100 parts. Shipping insurance (and Express Mail for international customers) is required.

Rare hardbox dated 1961. First issue. Very nice kit of the fantastic Mach .91 airliner from the early 1960s. Two were flown by NASA well into the 1990s due to their remarkable engineering. Never started. All parts, decals and instructions are still in the factory sealed internal bag. It's interesting to note that Revell still included the 'S' clear swivel stand with this kit in 1961. Use of this stand had long been discontinued in the reissued 'S' kits.

Scale Flight Model Company in Bloomington, Indiana, USA was dedicated to releasing authentic reproductions of the finest "Dime Scale" flying model (stick and tissue) kits from the 1930s/40s. Dime Scale models used to sell for a dime in the 1930's, hence the name. They are actually box scale, but as a general guideline, they usually had a wingspan of 16 inches and have simple and light construction. "Dime Scale" models are now a class of model to be flown in some competitions. Kit consists of contest grade printwood, contest quality strip wood, machine cut balsa propeller, the best Japanese tissue, wooden wheels, competition bushed nose plug, brass thrust washers, prop shaft, prop freewheeler, FAI rubber strip motor and a copy of a genuine dime scale plan that was used in the 1930s-1940s. Still factory sealed but has a split box along the left top. Hard to find. Early hardbox issue from the late 1950s/early 1960s. Kit includes both models. The Antoinette was the first plane in the world to attain an altitude of 500 feet, and the Voisin made the first city-to-city powered flight. These are unique and accurate kits. The original internal frame structure and details of the aircraft is built from injection molded plastic. When complete, it is covered with a very strong fabric which is included. The result is a very realistic aircraft.
