Still factory sealed. This is the original issue from the early 1970s with the finest mold quality; not a modern reproduction. Well molded kit of the world-famous aircraft includes an extensive and colorful decal sheet. In 1933, Wiley Post made solo flight around the world in the Lockheed Vega 'Winnie Mae'. Not only was it the first solo flight around the world, but it broke the previous record set by Post and his Navigator Harold Gatty. Vegas did see military service, with a few operated by the RAAF, Spanish Republic Air Force, and USAAC. (This kit does not include military decals.)

NOTE: bagged kit; there is no box. The box is shown for reference only. Still the only injection molded 1/72 scale kit of this subject. The elegant Liore 46 high-wing monoplane fighter was developed designed in the early 1930s from the Liore 43 and 45 prototypes. The Liore 46 made it's maiden flight on September 1, 1934. The prototype was armed was two 20mm cannon, which was later changed to 7.50mm MAC machine guns. The power plant was the 14 cylinder, air-cooled Gnome-Rhone engine with 930 horsepower. Total production was 70 machine with all of them built by SNCAO. Loire 46 fighters served as the first line of airborne defense until December 1938 when they were replaced by the MS.406. The Liore was still used in a training role and some were sold to the Spanish Republican Air Force. This is a highly detailed injection molded model that features photoetched brass and resin engine, very good cockpit with film instruments and more. Includes paint guide and decals for both aircraft listed. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

1954 Pre-S release; the earlier (1st) Pre-S release is in the narrow and taller packaging. Fantastic box condition with perfect color and gloss, four solid corners, no tears or rips, no price tags or remains and no repairs. There is only very light wear & slight tape residue as flaws. Never started. Inside, it is exactly as it left the factory. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bag; the parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Includes flag sheet and instructions. This is the second release of these molds, which was the first time that Revell cut it's own molds. Kits previous to this USS Missouri were produced by other companies, such as Gowland & Gowland, and then marketed by Revell. It is said that the Missouri was the most profitable kit that Revell ever produced.

1986 issue of one of the most famous show cars of all time. This superb, large-scale model from the original molds. Features detailed overhead-cam Mercedes Benz 1914 In-Line 6 Cylinder Aircraft Engine, airfoil shaped front axle, finned Halibrand Quick Change Rear End, '29 T Radiator shell modified with chrome sides and a Maltese Cross in front, fully custom interior, twin Spandau machine guns, lowered custom frame and more. Includes a small-scale DR-1 Triplane. Molded in red, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The chrome is in exceptional condition. The Helmet is 'near mint' which is very unusual; this one does NOT have the usual wear and scuffing. All chrome is protected for shipment and the helmet in it's own zip lock bag. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals and 'near mint' as are the instructions.

Well molded kit, probably from the late 1980s. Has markings for US Navy VS-21 and JSDF. Kit features cockpit detail, retractable radome, optional position landing gear and rotating props. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Over 1000 Trackers were completed for the Navy as carrier-based submarine hunters. Grumman was awarded the contract in 1950, and in 1952 the first XS2F-1 flew. The large belly radome contained the PAS-38 search radar and the ASQ-10 MAD detector was in the tail. ALD-3 ECM performed DF (direction finding) duties, and the 70 million candle power spotlight lit up targets at night. Sonobuoys were held in both engine nacelles and offensive weapons included acoustic torpedoes, depth charges, rockets and conventional bombs. Trackers saw service in several other Navies including Canada.
