Rare kit from the late 1950s. First and only release. In the Cellovison box with trading card on the back. Very unusual kit with full remote control base. As the 'Pilot' moves the control stick on the remote base, the bomber changes pitch and roll, and the elevons and rudder move to reflect the proper attitude! In addition to the Remote Control, there are numerous operating features and good detail - retracting main and nose gear with opening/closing gear doors, opening cockpits with interior detail, ejection capsules and crew of three, movable control surfaces and four detailed engines with removable cowls. This model has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, special stand, control wires and linkage, decals and instructions all in excellent condition. NOTE: Box is heavily damaged- typical of the thin Cellovision box. It is missing part of the left end as shown and has clear tape on it.

NOTE: builder kit ONLY or good for a diorama support vehicle. Please read carefully below. 1974 release. Very finely molded and detailed kit with traditional high Monogram quality. This vehicle could put up a withering barrage of lead in the path of Allied airmen. The Flakpanzer used a Panzer IV chassis and mounted a 2CM Flakvierling 38 anti-aircraft gun in an open, rotating armored turret. It could reach 25 mph with it's 12 cylinder Maybach engine and had a range of 125 miles. Features rotating turret, elevating guns and gun sight, detailed moving flexible treads and bogeys have spring action. Optional position hatch covers. Includes extra tread links, bogeys, Jerry cans and helmets. NOTE: the kit has not been painted but several sub-assembles have been very neatly built to the quality (listed): inner bogie axles and torsion bars (professional and working), idler wheels glued to chassis (pro and working), several very small parts glued to top hull (pro), bogie wheels and muffler halves assembled (pro), Gun assembly built (pro). There is no other assembly. NOTE: missing #66 (small gunner's seat), #27 rack for spare bogie, #112 starting crank, 3 of 4 spare tread sections, two figures, decals and diorama sheet. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts and assembly instructions.

Very early Life-Like kit. Says 'Manufactured under license from Pyro Plastic Corp NJ @ 1970' and has the original Pyro part number. Very large and highly detailed kit. Molded in high-gloss tan, burgundy, green and gray plastic. All details of the real ship, including the wooden railings and carvings are duplicated. Includes full rigging instructions and thread. Never started. All parts still factory bag sealed. Complete with instructions, decals and flag sheet. Measures over 21 inches long when assembled. NOTE: flag sheet and decals have bug damage. Flag designs are intact; the damage is only to the areas around the flags. On the decal sheet, there are two designs. One is not damaged, the other one has about 20% damage. Please see the article on this website about saving old decals; these are a perfect candidate for at home personal printer reproduction.
