Rare. First issue from 1956 in the 'S' box that is in amazing, investment-grade 'Near Mint' condition. The box has like-new color and gloss, four solid corners and no tape, price tags or tape/tag marks (except the small pieces of factory tape used to seal the kit on the side). The only flaws are very light & isolated corner wear and very light general wear. The model includes the following figures - general, radioman, 2 bazooka men, 2 mortar men with mortar, 2 machine gunners with tripod and machine gun, soldier with mine detector, soldier with flame thrower and 9 other infantrymen. It has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including instructions. Please note that Revell did not provide decals with this kit.

Rare 1969 issue has Vietnam-style boxart on a high-gloss box. It is even rarer to find this kit with all the cardboard and correct paperwork present. This is the 2nd release of this kit and the last with rare 'Jet Engine Sound.' These models were designed & packaged with a major selling point - an internal parts display that could be seen in the store by potential buyers. While at your local hobby shop, you could lift the box top off and underneath was a fantastic display, all sealed by a yellow cardboard framed sheet of clear cellophane. This kit contains the yellow frame in very rare 'excellent' condition and the cello is intact. Under the frame, all cardboard presentation is still in 'near mint' condition. At this point (1969), Monogram had ceased making 'Monoglue', so at this point the B-52 presentation cardboard had no glue. This model is highly detailed and features 207 parts, a crew of three, detailed cockpit, elevating and traversing rear turret, opening and closing bomb bay doors, operating wing flaps, operating spoilers, optional position entry hatch and landing gear, and optional parts to display one nacelle open to show the jet engine and of course battery-powered realistic Jet Sound. Molded in the correct dark green and clear. It has never been started. The metal and electrical hardware for "Jet Sounds" are still factory sealed. The other parts have been inventoried complete with decals, instructions and instructions present. The box displays beautifully and has exceptional color and gloss as shown but is graded as 'very good++' because there is light creasing as shown, general light and even wear and edge wear, especially at the upper left.

The missile is over 9 inches long and not the small-scale Revell issue but from completely different molds. Features 138 parts, detailed missile, launching truck with a rolling chassis build just like the actual vehicle, detailed engine, suspension & driveline, full interior, opening hood, optional position doors, working launcher that can be displayed in 'travel' or 'launch' positions, movable crew ladder, team of 5 and much more. The missile is molded in white and the truck/launcher in olive drab. Inside, the kit is exactly as it left the factory: never started with all parts still in the factory sealed clear bags. Includes decals and instructions. The box would grade slightly higher than 'Very Good' but is rated as such because thee is a 1.5" by .75" tape pull on the lower long side.
