Very rare original issue from late 1967; even rarer in this condition, which is never started and with all parts as they came from the factory. Features all parts to build one of the three listed versions, detailed 400 CID stock engine or blown racing version, opening stock or clear racing hood, detailed chassis with stock differential, exhaust & driveline or detailed funny car front and rear suspension, steering linkage, complete stock or racing interior with roll cage, hood tach, optional trailer hitch and trailer mirrors for each side, rear air foil, and more. Molded in white, chrom, clear, red-tinted clear and rubber tires. Inside, the kit is as it came from the factory. It is never started and the parts that were factory sealed (white ones) are still in the factory sealed bag. The parts that were never sealed (tire, chrome and clear) have been inventoried complete. Chrome and clear are both in amazing 'new' condition with only the very slightest of wear. Includes decals and instructions which are both in 'very good++' condition.

Very rare and one of only 2,000 made. This is still the only injection molded 1/72 scale model of this subject. Features incredibly fine panel lines, cockpit detail, cast metal engine, propeller, wheel hubs, struts and many other detail parts, rubber tires, separately molded ailerons, rudder and elevators, injection molded canopy & other clear and more. Includes a two view painting guide and decals for two aircraft: 'Red 17' and 'Yellow 5.' Never started. The metal and rubber parts are still in the factory sealed bag. All other parts were never sealed and have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. The Su-4 was the further development of the Su-2 reconnaissance light bomber. A more powerful Ash-82 radial engine was added and armament was increased with a turret of a new type located in the navigators cockpit. That turret housed a 7.62mm ShKAS machine gun and two 12.7mm BS machine guns fired forward. The internal bomb load was 400 kg. All crew stations were armored and yet it was still faster than the Su-2. After Operation Barbarossa, these aircraft were also used as fighters due to the fast attrition that occurred in the Red Air Force. Nearly 1,500 Su-4 aircraft were built.
