Well detailed and features parts and markings for four versions, two engine options, recessed panel lines, optional drop tank and X4 wire-guided air-to-air missiles. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Ta-183 was the winner of the Luftwaffe's emergency fighter competition of 1945 and was to enter full scale production. The aircraft never entered production, but the Russians and the Americans found the plans. From them, the Russians eventually build some aircraft and modified them till it was the Mig-15 while the Americans relied more on Messerschmitt plans for the basis of the F-86 Sabre Jet.

Includes decals for two helicopters, including number 66, perhaps the most famous and photographed helicopter in history. #66 of HS-4 recovered astronauts from 4 Apollo missions, including Apollo 11. Features rotating tail and main rotors, cockpit detail, crew of two, cargo floor and optional position cargo doors, optional ASW torpedoes, rescue net, astronaut and winch and dipping sonar that can be raised and lowered by turning the main rotor. Large scale kit is molded in black, red, gray and copper so no painting is needed. Has cut-away operational cylinder if you wish to add it. The kit has never been started. First issue hardbox kit dated 1958 with great box art. This is a perfect 'Classic Builder' and not the common reissue. It was an excellent kit for that time, featuring removable missile, firing arm with working piston and cylinder, movable wheels, tow bar and detailed crew figures. Molded in the correct gloss gray and white. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

1954 Pre-S issue. The box is solid and has excellent color and gloss but has the white tape remains as shown. The kit has never been started. Inside is is exactly as if left the factory; all small parts are still in the factory sealed bag, while the large parts have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions. Decals and instructions are in 'excellent++' condition with very light yellowing as the only flaw. This kit has a fascinating history The first issue was in the simple and thin one-piece box and Revell quickly converted to this two-piece box as it was much more durable and a full-color lithographed 'slick' could be used. For the second issue, Revell added rivet and raised panel line detail as well as landing gear, a two piece box and H210-79 kit number. The famous 'Globe' clear stand was added, but in this issue it had the rare one piece stand arm and the instructions reflected that. Revell quickly realized that the one-piece arm was not strong enough, and quickly modified it to the familiar three piece arm for the 3rd (this) issue. The kit went on to be reissued several more times with different box art and even Revell of Germany and England had European issues as well.
