From quality Frog molds. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.

1955 first issue hardbox with timeless 'S' box art. This series of models is considered the apex of model kit box art and it is easy to understand why they are so popular with collectors today. This was a nicely molded and detailed kit for that time and is molded the correct gloss silver and clear and includes the famous Swivel Base Display Stand. The kit has never been started. First and only issue of this rare, large-scale kit. The hardbox is dated 1978 and has incredible artwork and the 'S' Cement logo on the sides. Large scale and well detailed featuring removable missile with moving top stage forward fins, complete working launcher and more. Never started. Inventoried and the missile & launcher are complete but NOTE: missing crew of 3. Otherwise includes all other parts, decals and instructions.

Very Rare. In the mid 1950s, Aurora was searching for faster and less expensive ways to expand their model kit line beyond simply designing new kits then cutting new molds. Aurora was able to find several such sellers, like Comet, Best, Helicopters for Industry and others. However, their most famous and profitable deal they negotiated was the purchase three 'Knight' molds from Crown Plastics. They quickly issued them as K1, K2 and K3 and these were the very first Aurora figure kits. This first issue from 1956 has the one-year-only Aurora 'Northern Lights' logo with the correct 'Crown Line' logo inside it. Inside, the kit is mint as it left the factory. The shiny, very dark blue plastic parts are complete and there is a red feather plume. The instructions are correct with the Crown logo in the Aurora logo.
