Rare 1956 first issue. The box is complete and has 'good' color, four original solid corneres, no price tags or tag marks and no tape (other than the factory sealing tape). However, there is a fair amount of even, moderate age foxing on the top and all four sides. Highly detailed set includes both kits - the High Speed Tractor and the Long Tom 155mm gun. Has many working features - the tractor has movable tracks and working bogies, rotating and elevating machine gun, driver and interior details. The gun can be stowed for transport with the M-4 and all extra gear to do this correctly is supplied. The Long Tom features and elevating barrel, moving limbers and detailed mechanism. NOTE: this kit has minor and very neatly done assembly to 8 pieces as described: gun barrel halves assembled and puttied; recoil mechanism halves assembled and puttied; gun carried halves assembled and puttied; two wheels halves assembled. There is no other assembly. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Instructions and decals are both correct and in 'very good++' condition; the only flaw on the decals is typical age yellowing. NOTE: one piece has 'SNAP' engraved on the bottom so that part is clearly from the SNAP issue of this same kit. All other parts look to be Revell, as they are the correct shade of green plastic, correct sheen, part numbers, silver flexible tracks, etc., but pf course there is no way to 100% confirm that.

Very Rare 1960 hardbox first issue and ever rarer in this condition. The 'Excellent++' condition box features great framable John Steel artwork. Inside, it even contains a factory-wrapped very colorful metal tube of 'S' glue as well as a history of the Seeadler, a message from Count Luckner, a map of the journey and locations & names of all the ships sunk by the raider. This is a kit of a fantastic subject, the famous WWI sailing commerce raider of Count Felix Von Luckner. It is a very well detailed model for that time and has a full hull, display stand, detailed deck houses and deck fittings, davits and ship's boats, guns, fife rails, preformed rat lines, rigging material, rigging instructions and much more. Molded in gray, brown & black plastic. Never started. It has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts and includes the flag sheet and instructions. The SMS Seeadler was a unique WWI raider in that it was not designed to elude the British blockade and break out to sea...it was designed to pass right through the blockade within full view of the British before attacking allied shipping around the world. No detail was overlooked in the Seeadler's preparation, right down to a Norwegian-speaking crew. The plan went perfectly - and the Seeadler passed inspection at the British Blockade. Her non-threatening appearance helped her in an active and colorful raiding career that nearly went around the world. I highly recommend reading any of several books that you can find about this ship. Von Luckner himself became quite a celebrity for his exciting exploits.

Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. There decals are in amazing 'excellent+' condition. The instructions are fine other than the small, closed holes in the instructions from whatever punched the holes in the box.

One of the 'Holy Grails' of 1950s Space Kits and in exceptional condition inside and out. This is the 1957 first and only issue 'S' Kit with fantastic box art. Features detailed manned top stage with full interior, removable top, opening hatch, spaceship and ground crew members and detailed working launch pad. The main stages and boosters snap apart to recreate all phases of the flight from Earth takeoff, Lunar Landing and Return to Earth. First issue 'S' kit dated 1958 that includes a factory-wrapped 4" long never used tube of colorful Revell 'S' Cement. The metal tube is in amazing 'near mint' condition and is not the usual small size issued with the early kits. As with most all Revell early ship kits, the model is finely molded and very well detailed. It measures about 15 inches long when assembled and features full detail on the top two decks, all cannons, complete deck fittings, prefabricated rat lines, vac sails, full standing and running rigging material, display stand and much more. The model has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, flags, sails, thread and instructions present. The sails are in remarkable 'near mint' condition. Also includes the excellent booklet 'The Story of Ships' and an order form for 'The Dawning Space Age' book. Please NOTE that the box is only 'good-' due to clear packing tape at the two lower corners and a closed corner split at the upper left; there is also general wear and scuffs. The anchor stocks of this kit have molded-on rings; more often than not, the rings are either short shot or broken off; this kit is no exception.

The model features working flexible treads, rotating turret with elevating gun, optional position hatches, four troops and more. Molded in the correct gloss deep green and with silver flexible tracks. Never started. All parts, decals and instructions have been inventoried 100% complete and are correct for this early issue. The flaws are corner wear on the left as shown, a very light price tag pull on the left short side and a 3/4" x 3/4" factory tape pull on the long lower side. First issue from 1958. Little John was a light-weight free-flight rocket that was highly mobile. It could be pulled on its launcher or transported by helicopter. Length was 12 feet long and the warhead was atomic. The Dart was a very early, five foot long wire-guided anti-tank missile with a solid propellant rocket motor. An optical rangefinder was used for guidance. Both models are well detailed. The Dart includes four missiles, one launcher, three stands, decals, one optical guidance unit and a crew of three. The Little John includes a detailed launcher with elevating rails, movable support legs, decals and crew of three. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box actually displays significantly better than the 'excellent' rating but is graded as such because there is a very small tear on the lower right corner on the short side and a small 1/2" x 1/4" tape tear on the lower long side.
