Rare Revell of Japan issue dated 1976 in big 1/32 scale. As with most Revell Japan released, this one contains additional decals over the USA releases. In this case, it has markings for the three aircraft listed in the title as well as detailed painting information. Features detailed Rolls Royce Merlin engine, removable cowl, full cockpit detail, pilot figure and rotating wheels and propeller. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Decals are in 'mint' condition but please read the article on this website about using and saving older decals. I advise taking these precautions before using any older kit decals.

1958 'S' issue with incredible box art in 'near mint-' condition. Color and gloss are like new. All four corners are solid and there are no repairs, no price tags, fading or even wrinkles & creases. The only flaws are very light and isolated shelf wear and a 1/2" closed tear on the upper left side (at the factory sealing tape). This model is well detailed and molded for that time and features incredibly fine all-recessed panel lines and rivets, moving wing flaps, ailerons, elevators and rudder, detailed landing gear, optional opened or closed speed brakes with well detail, a full crew as well as a guard figure. Molded in the correct gloss silver and clear. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions, which are both in 'excellent' condition.

1976 issue. In that year, Revell issued three kits in this series, numbered H664, H665 and H666. Each contained two aircraft and a color diorama base, backdrop and special stand. If you have all three kits, the three bases fit together to make a large Air Show diorama with all six aircraft. The model has never been started. Dated 1960. Very rare ICBM and the first and only issue of this incredibly well detailed Revell 'S' kit. The molds were altered to make the Mercury Atlas kit, so reissues are impossible. The box grades 'Excellent' with wonderful color and gloss, four solid corners, no price tags or tag marks, no tape and no tape marks (other than the factory sealing tape, of course). The box has general wear as shown. The kit features elevating missile support arms and hinged break-away supports, complete launching base, ramp and pad, missile truck and trailer that elevates 90 degrees to load missile and crew. Molded in correct white, gray and yellow. Inside, it has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The decals are 100% intact, flat and in 'excellent' condition with typical light yellowing; the instructions are in 'very good' condition. Shipping insurance is required for this kit. From my friend Stephen Payne, Major, USAF (Ret): The launch pad in both kits used Launch Complex - 14 (also known as Space Launch Complex-14 or "Slic-14") as their example. LC-14 was part of what was known as ICBM Row at Cape Canaveral and originally used to test the Atlas ICBM prior to being converted for the Mercury Space Program (starting with John Glenn's orbital mission). The yellow & white trailers seen here were the gaseous nitrogen tube bank trailers. The nitrogen trailer in both Atlas kits came from the accessories associated with the Revell Thor kit. Having spent 5 years working at the Cape, I passed this site numerous times. Unfortunately, time & the elements have resulted in the removal of all remnants of SLC-14. Only the memorial (with the associated time capsule) remains.

This kit features working rotors, detailed rotor heads, detailed cockpit and pilot figure, opening rear drive-on cargo door and more. Never started. 1958 first issue hardbox featuring some of my favorite 'S' box artwork. Correct, original issue molded in three colors. Not a reproduction. The box is in 'very good+++' condition with great color and gloss. There are no price tags, no tag marks, no litho tear or missing litho, no fading, four solid original corners and no stains. Flaws include even light general wear as shown, a very short and mild crease at the upper left and residue from thin, clear tape on all four sides. Loaded with working features typical of kits at the time. The entire gantry tower folds back and moves on railroad base, the elevator moves to the four different work platforms and the Explorer Satellite can be removed from the Jupiter rocket. Includes crew of 7. Inside, the kit has never been started. Parts are molded in red, medium gray and white. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and completely flat 'very good++' condition decals and 'very good' instructions with typical yellowing and some edge wear, the heaviest at the bottom.

Rare 1975 Japan issue with unique and beautiful box artwork. As with most Japan issues, this one contains extra features including decals for two aircraft and a large, full color painting on the front of the instructions. Older but nicely detailed, large-scale model of this British night fighter with airborne interception radar. The Beaufighter was flown by aces such like Flt./Lt. "Cat's Eyes" Cunningham, whose markings are included. His final score stood at 20 victories and his aircraft is one that can be depicted in this model. This model features detailed Bristol Hercules engines, removable cowling, two flight crew, optional position landing gear, full crew cockpits and radar antenna. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; the large parts are not sealed and have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions. My friend and model builder Stephen Payne high recommends that the purchaser of any Beaufighter Night Fighter model invests in a copy of the book "Night Fighter" by C.F. Rawnsley. Rawnsley was John Cunningham's Airborne Intercept radar operator throughout WWII in both Beaufighters and Mosquitoes. The book is the story of their time and combat together and makes excellent reading.

All paper work and the famous Revell Swivel Stands are in the factory sealed bags as well. The correct center factory divider is still present in the tray (box bottom) and there is a small, unopened, factory wrapped tube of Revell "S" Cement included.

First issue from 1958. The box is in superb 'Near Mint-' condition with like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no price tags or tag marks, no tape or tape marks (other than the factory sealing tape), no fading and no litho tears. The only flaws are light surface wear (mainly on the sides) and edge wear. Molded in the correct white and olive drab plastic. Both models are well detailed. The Dart includes four missiles, one launcher, three stands, decals, one optical guidance unit and a crew of three. The Little John includes a detailed launcher with elevating rails, movable support legs, decals and crew of three. The kits have never been started. They have been inventoried 100% complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Little John was a light-weight free-flight rocket that was highly mobile. It could be pulled on its launcher or transported by helicopter. Length was 12 feet long and the warhead was atomic. The Dart was a very early, five foot long wire-guided anti-tank missile with a solid propellant rocket motor. An optical rangefinder was used for guidance.

The only flaws are several tiny spots of light wear. This 1958 "S" hardbox release is the only single issue of this kit. Features elevating missile trailer, four figures, movable fuel boom, fuel truck and trailer, launch pad/blast shield/missile supports, launcher base and more. Includes optional parts are decals for making the Thor-Able version. Molded in correct white and dark blue. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Decals are 'near mint' and perfectly flat, with the only flaw being slight yellowing. The instructions are also 'near mint' and almost completely white (very little yellowing).
