Very well detailed and molded small-scale model features all hardware and electric motor for water operation, one piece hull, complete rudder and propeller with shaft and stuffing box, detailed deck and island structure, display stand, aircraft deck crane, moving elevators, extensive decals for the ship and aircraft, two jeeps, two crane trucks, RA-5C Vigilante, A-6 Intruder, A-7 Corsair II, E-2 Hawkeye, EA-6 Prowler, F-4 Phantom, F-14 Tomcat, F/A-18 Hornet, S-3 Viking and SH-3 Sea King. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Please note that Otaki did not include the motor in this kit; it had to be purchased separately. The common Mabuchi RD-260 is recommended.

Early issue of this famous kit with a high gloss box and classic artwork. Features all fine, recessed panel lines, detailed landing gear and enclosed gear wells, good intake and exhaust detail for the four jet engines, clear cockpit windows and a large, extensive decal sheet. Molded in white, black and clear plastic. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The box has a tear as shown, some masking tape and smaller side tear as well as a worn bottom box tray, hence the low box grade.
