Large 1/50 scale Etendard IV. Nicely molded older kit features fine raised panel detail, cockpit, folding wings, working arresting gear, optional position landing gear and speed brakes and real rubber tires. Includes drop tanks and underwing weapons as well. This is the second issue of the very rare 'operating kit' of the Etendard IV. The original issue had automatic speed brakes and retractable landing gear. The model used a complex series of 6 cogs and gears with wire springs and twine to make functioning landing gear and speed brakes. When you lowered the arresting (tail) hook, the landing gear doors opened and the nose and main wheels extended. When you raised the arresting hook, the landing gear retracted and the doors closed. Furthermore, when you pulled out the parachute release at the tail, the speed brakes lowered. When you closed it, the speed brakes closed. Please note that although this model is from those molds, it does not have those action features - only the ones that I listed. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The decals are in amazing 'Excellent++' condition but the instructions have bug damage, mainly along the folds and edges. They are still perfectly useful for assembly purposes.

This is the 1970s Heller 'Black Box' issue. The kits are nicely molded and features very fine raised panel lines, recessed control surface outlines, 'good' cockpit detail, two piece canopy, drop tanks, very good intake and exhaust, optional position speed brakes with detailed brake wells and more. Has markings for Luftwaffe 2nd Staffel Jagdgeschwader 71 'Richthofen' 1958 or Marine 51st Sq, John Glenn's aircraft from 1953.

Rare, out of production and highly detailed model of this famous sailing ship features 419 pieces, full hull, all fittings, vacuform billowing sails in 'excellent' condition (not 'perfect' but 'excellent,' which means well above average), plenty of standing and running rigging material and full rigging instructions. Never started. The parts still in the internal factory sealed bags. Complete with decals and instructions.

1970s 'Yellow' box issue and a very nicely detailed, full-hull kit of this famous sister to the Graf Spee. These kits are still in demand for their detail and accuracy, since Heller did their research in identifying the differences between Scheer, Spee and Lutzow. These are integrated into these kits down to the porthole differences. A very nicely detailed, full-hull kit of this famous sister to the Graf Spee. She saw heavy action and was Germany's most successful capital ship surface raider of WWII. She was also a fairly luck ship and survived to very near the end of the war. While in port, most of her crew was ashore and an RAF bombing raid capsized the ship. She was scrapped after the war but part of the hull was used for fill for a quay. This model is very well detailed with 200 pieces. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals, metal chain and instructions.

These are integrated into these kits down to the porthole differences. A very nicely detailed, full-hull kit of this famous 'Pocket Battleship" with 200 pieces. Inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: this kit once had assembly. The hull halves were glued together but then came apart. There is no other assembly. The former assembly job was only 'good'. You will need to sand some of the glue from the mating surfaces before they will joint neatly.

This is one of Heller's "Complete Accessories" kits with "Nothing Else To Buy." The actual kit is very well detailed with 48 pieces, all fine recessed surface detail, good dual cockpits, realistic intakes, two air-to-air missiles, two drop tanks and a large air-to-surface missile on the centerline pylon. With decals and paint guide. NOTE: this kit has very minor and 'professional' quality subassembly as described: two inner intake fences to the two fuselage halves. There is no other assembly. Inventoried and NOTE: missing one seat. Otherwise complete with all other arts and includes decals and instructions.

Very rare large-scale kit with fascinating operating features. This early 1960s issue has very high gloss box top artwork in 'excellent' condition. Flaws include very light corner creases as shown, some light general wear and a small piece of clear tape on the top long side. The model uses a complex series of 6 cogs and gears with wire springs and twine to make functioning landing gear and speed brakes. When you lower the arresting (tail) hook, the landing gear doors open and the nose and main wheels extend. When you raise the arresting hook, the landing gear retracts and the doors close. Furthermore, when you pull out the parachute release at the tail, the speed brakes lower; when you close it, the speed brakes close. The kit is molded in the correct silver for the airframe, white cogs, gears & pilot, clear two piece opening canopy, real rubber tires and metal springs. There is a large gloss black Heller stand as well. Never started. All of the small parts (white plastic, springs and internal linkage for the operating systems) are still in the factory sealed bag. All other parts are inventoried complete and includes decals and instructions present. Even the original Heller Quality Control paper is present. The instructions are 'excellent.' The decals are flat and intact with the wax covering sheet and 'very good.' The only flaw is the usual age yellowing. Postal insurance is required for this kit.

Rare kit of the 1950s French VTOL aircraft. The Coleoptere (meaning 'Annular Wing') was designed much as the American Pogo aircraft; however, the Coleoptere was exclusively jet powered. Some test flights took place on a tether, but the aircraft was destroyed while performing a free-flight transition from vertical to horizontal. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that this kit must be shipped double boxed and insured.
