The C-714 descended from the race planes of the 'Coupe Deutsch del la Meurthe' and became one of the few 'light fighters' to reach series production for WWII. They saw service in WWII in Finland and were flown by Polish pilots of the G.CI 145. 12 victories and 2 probables were recorded during it's brief service life.
