Kit is very nicely detailed with fine panel detail, cockpit, open/closed bomb bay doors with internal iron bomb load, tail "stinger" and detailed landing gear with 'good' wheel well detail. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The B-47 was a very advanced aircraft at the time. The XB-47 first flew in 1947. The big jet's speed was equal to or greater than all current fighter aircraft, so it received radar-controlled twin 20mm cannons in the tail as the only guns. Through the use of mid-air refueling, the B-47 gave SAC it's first all-jet force for nuclear or regular bomb delivery. Although it was tricky to fly, Stratojets flew into the mid 1960s. A program to strengthen the wings for low-level attack was responsible for prolonging the service life.

Rare, motorized larger-scale kit of the last British Battleship. Nicely molded with 145 parts and includes propellers, shaft & all hardware for operation in water. This high performance follow-up to the F-102 enjoyed a successful and long service life; I can remember seeing them in 'Alert 5' shelters at the Florida Air National Guard base at Jacksonville International in the 1980s. Kit is well detailed and features external tanks, optional position missile bay doors and a full load of Falcon Aim-4 E/F Air-to-Air Missiles.
