Second issue dated 1954 with hardbox Pre-S artwork of 'Buffalo Bill' by Richard Kishady. Hardbox issue dated 1957, but from the mid 1960s due to the oval logo with the blue outline. Small scale kit with dramatic Jo Kotula box artwork is nicely molded with clear canopy, full landing gear and display stand. This is a model of the very early YF-102 prototype with the straight (non-area rule) fuselage. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. Around this time, Aurora issued a series of inexpensive (usually 29 cent) small scale kits that were designed to sell at almost any type of retail location. The line was successful and further expanded - when Aurora purchased the Comet molds, they fit in nicely with this established line.

Very rare and especially in this condition with a 'very good++' box, never started and complete. Harter's Peanut was designed by Warrne Kurth and was the national Open Record Holder from 1957 to 1959. The model is highly prefabricated and features a new cast magnesium speed pan, factory-cut parts of quality basswood and balsa, stainless steel bell crank, all necessary hardware and more. Includes 'excellent+' condition plans with numerous full size drawings, complete text assembly step-by-step instructions and flying notes as well. The kit has not been started. Everything inside is exactly as it left the factory; the small parts are still in the factory sealed bag and all other parts have been inventoried complete.

Still factory sealed. Rare 1984 issue that comes with USNOO decals for Project Magnet as well as ASW Patrol Squadron VP-64. After the failure of the civil Lockheed Electra, Revell had to remove the molds from the market. Lockheed solved the problems with the Electra, but it was too late for the air lines. However, relief came to Lockheed in the form of numerous US Navy and international orders for a military Electra variant, the superb P-3 Anti-Submarine aircraft. And so relief came to Revell in the same way. They heavily modified the Electra molds to make the P-3 and this was a best seller for decades; and the P-3 was probably the most successful and long-lived of all US Navy ASW airborne platforms. Fantastic condition Four Star kit that is from 1965. The T-28D features a very good cockpit, rear canopy that opens and closes, retractable landing gear, wing mounted machine gun packs, napalm canisters and iron bombs, rotating propeller & wheels, instructor, student pilot & mechanic figures. Includes a large decal sheet with stencils and markings for both aircraft. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box displays better than the 'Near Mint-' grade but it is rated as such because there is very light clear tape residue on both long sides.
