The B-10 was a highly advanced aircraft for the 1930s, featuring fully enclosed crew, retractable landing gear, controllable pitch propellers and revolving turret. This model is very nicely detailed and molded. It features internal crew stations, retracted or extended landing gear with struts compressed or extended, external bomb rack and bombs, hard or flexible wheels and decals for three aircraft. Never started. The parts are either inventoried complete or still in the internal factory sealed bags. Includes decals and instructions.

The only kit of the first aircraft to fly around the world. In 1924 four World Cruisers set out on a 27,553 mile flight that lasted 175 days. The epic flight was an adventure to say the least, and one aircraft (Boston) was lost, only to be replaced by the factory prototype, which was quickly renamed Boston II. The French Caudron was a aerodynamically beautiful aircraft. It won the 1936 Thompson and Greve Trophies as well as the 1933, '34 and '35 Coupe Deutsch de la Meurthe European races. Still factory sealed but the seal has splits. Very nicely detailed, large 1/8 scale model features nine cylinders, crankcase, carburetor with sliding valve, accessory drive gears, oil pump, magneto, full wiring and display stand. The 80 hp Le Rhone was developed before WWI and was used in many early aircraft. It did see service early in the Great War and it's follow on, the 110 hp Le Rhone was used in larger aircraft. The crankshaft of the Le Rhone mounted directly to the firewall and was part of the air and fuel intake system. The crankcase, propeller shaft and cylinders all revolved at about 1200 rpm. These three assemblies were carefully balanced to reduce vibration.

Still factory sealed. 1970s issue of the engine that powered Lindberg's Spirit of St. Louis across the Atlantic Ocean. Large 1/8 scale. Very highly detailed kit with over 150 parts. Complete engine includes crankcase, 9 cylinders, two magnetos, carburetor air heater, fuel pump, oil pump, accessories, mounting ring, carburetor and fuel system, vinyl wires for the distributor blocks and dual ignition system and more. A name plate label is included with a Wright J-5 decal. The Wright J-5 powered a great many famous aircraft of the day - the Bellanca 'Columbia', Boeing Model 72, Cessna Cabin, Curtiss Lark, Fairchild Cabin, Fokker Universal and C-2 / F-7 Trimotors, early Ford Trimotors, Keystone Pathfinder, Lockheed Vega, Sikorsky S-36 and many others.

Late 1960s/early 1970s issue that is very nicely molded and detailed. Never started. The parts and the paperwork are still in the internal factory sealed bags; literally all of the contents are sealed. The Amiot 143 design was first flown in 1934 and was ordered into series production with the first deliveries in August of 1935. A very capable aircraft for it's day, it was obsolete but still in service with 5 bombing groups when WWII broke out. Brave air crews attacked not only night targets in Germany proper but made daylight raids on bridges at the Sedan during the Blitz.

Old high-gloss 'L' type box issue from the early 1960s when Heller had no part numbers. The Bloch 174 was an excellent armed reconnaissance bomber that first flew in January of 1939. By the time of the German Invasion, only 50 had been made and only one unit operated the aircraft exclusively. Their superb performance allowed the existing 174s to be used extensively with little losses. After the Armistice, it continued to operate with the Vichy forces. Some saw action along side the Allies during TORCH in North Africa. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions.

Still factory 'round tape' sealed. Large kit with very highly detailed interior and extensive decals. The Type XXI U-Boats were the world's first true submarines; they could travel at high speeds for great distances underwater and attack without visual contact with the targets. The 'snort' allowed them to recharge the batteries and renew the air, eliminating the last needs for surfacing. A development of the Walther Peroxide Boats, the XXIs were seen as a faster way to put a more advanced submarine into service.
