Rare and the only model of this aircraft. The 1st version of the PZL P.1 had a 600hp Hispano Suiza inverted V 12 cylinder water-cooled engine and a fixed pitch 2 blade metal propeller. This is a classic, high-quality vacuform by Janusz Brozek from Gdansk, Poland. Includes very high quality main airframe vacuform parts (of better quality than many injection molded kits), extensive injection molded plastic details on several trees, detailed multi-view painting guide and full instructions. The paint scheme provided had no national markings or manufacturer's markings, so naturally Broplan did not provide decals as they were not needed.

Very well detailed kit from the original Taimei molds. Taimei was the first to use the Aeroskin type process that was widely used by Renwal. Actually, the Renwal molds for the Voisin, Bleriot XI and Antoinette came from Taimei. The original internal frame structure and details of the aircraft is built from injection molded plastic. When complete, it is covered with a very strong fabric which is included. The result is a very realistic aircraft. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.

SALE!! First issue from 1956 with Northern Lights logo. This logo was only used for this one year - in 1957 it was replaced by the 'Famous Fighters' oval 'Sunburst'. The box artist on this issue is Jim Cox, one of the earliest if not the first Aurora box artist. This kit is part of a very successful WWI aircraft line in 1/48 scale that Aurora introduced this year. The line sold so well that kits were added to it into the 1960s. Molded in the glossy olive drab green and black. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Beautiful kit from the 1950s made of quality hardwood - no balsa. The carving is done to the final shape. When complete it makes an impressive model and comes with a unique display stand. Features all carved and smooth wood parts, clear plastic canopy, full color decals, glue, wood filler, sandpaper and special display stand. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and plans. Before plastic kits were introduced, Strombecker was famous as the premier hardwood preshaped model manufacturer. In the 1940s and 1950s, Strombecker kits were flawlessly engineered but not inexpensive. All wooden parts are hardwood and are precarved to shape - you only had to glue, sand and paint to finish them.

Rare 1956 first issue that includes both kits - the High Speed Tractor and the Long Tom 155mm gun. The box has excellent color and gloss but has edge and general wear and some isolated and light age foxing. This model has many working features - the tractor has movable tracks and working bogies, rotating and elevating machine gun, driver and interior details. The gun can be stowed for transport with the M-4 and all extra gear to do this correctly is supplied. The Long Tom features and elevating barrel, moving limbers and detailed mechanism. Never started and still as it came from the factory - the 155mm parts are in the factory sealed bags and the tractor parts were never factory sealed. The tractor has been inventoried complete with all parts. Includes decals and instructions.

This is a very high quality conversion kit designed to make an F-100C Production Number 71 from the superb Italeri F-100D. Very rare and beautiful model. This is a Simizu kit made and packed in Japan in the 1960s/early 1970s but marketed by Kayeff Inc in California. This is an classic kit with a high degree of prefabrication for that time. It features a completely balsa covered fuselage build, precut ribs wrapped in 'MK Simizu' color paper bands, other die-cut ribs, numerous wooden parts cut to final shape and wrapped in 'MK Simizu' paper bands, other finished wooden parts sealed in clear bags with 'MK' full-color headers, die-cut plywood parts, clear vacuform canopy that is in perfect condition (and not yellowed), vacuformed exhaust, fully formed wire landing gear struts, 'MK' bagged wheels/tires, die-cut balsa fuselage sides for easy covering, all pushrods & wire in factory tape, hinge material, hardware, stringers and spars factory wrapped in 'MK Simizu' paper, vacuformed plastic pilot bust, covering material and more. Includes three sheets of color decals. This kit has not been started. I believe that all parts are present because the kit looks completely undisturbed, just a it came from the factory; but I cannot confirm it because NOTE: missing the plans.
