Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good-
1968 issue and still the only injection molded Aztec kit. After Aurora purchased the Comet molds, they reissued the Comet civil light aircraft line. It appears that Aurora may have been inspired by the Comet kits or sales of the reissues and they produced several more new molds to add to the line. This Aztec is one of those kits. Since the kit was designed new, it has significantly more detail than the older Comet kits. Features all recessed panel lines, full interior with a sofa, four seats and instrument panel, optional position landing gear and rotating propellers. Molded in white and clear plastic. The kit has never been started. Inventoried and NOTE: Missing two small pieces: nose probe tube and (1) main gear door. The nose probe is easily made and you can use the gear door from the other side to make a new a replacement. Otherwise complete with all other parts including decals and instructions.
