1997 issue that features a full interior, molded-in detail underside chassis, optional luggage rack, chrome 'spoke wire wheels,' rubber tires, optional position top, one piece body and more. The body, chassis and interior parts are molded in dark green, other parts in chrome plate and clear and with rubber tires. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions.
