1/16 9135 Entex 1933 Duesenberg SJ Boattail Wymann Speedster - (ex Bandai)
Plastic Model Kit, Box Condition: Good+
Rare and from quality Bandai molds. This is the finest large-scale kit available of any Duesenberg. The SJ was a very expensive and large car with one of the first supercharged production engines and cost $17,000 in 1933. The single-carb 420 CID straight 8 put out 320 hp and moved the car from 0 to 100 mph in 17 seconds. The model features a rolling chassis build just like the actual car, a highly detailed engine with spark plug wires, removable hood, full suspension, exhaust, drivetrain and gas tank details, steerable front wheels, cast metal suspension components, stainless steel exhaust header, removable top & trunk and more. Molded in black, white, clear and chrome with real rubber tires. Most parts are still in the factory sealed bags; the parts that are not sealed have been inventoried complete. With detailed, illustrated instructions.
