Very rare 'Triangle Box' issue from the late 1950s. Hawk tested this novel and colorful box only with the Skyray. Dealers found it difficult to stack with other kits and it was discontinued. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. This box is 'very good.' Fortunately, this one even missed the factory tape sealing machine. There are no price tags and no other tape. The box has not been repaired. There is edge wear, some creasing and a short tear on the bottom but no litho or cardboard is missing.

This is a well detailed and molded kit from 1972. Features two types of engine cowls for Piaggio and Alfa Romeo powerplant versions, very cockpit and interior detail, two pilots, gun turrets that retract, rotate and have elevating guns, optional position crew doors, separately molded rudder, elevators and ailerons, rotating propellers and wheels, optional torpedo load-out and more. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The SM 81 was an Italian bomber / torpedo bomber / transport in service from 1935 and 1945. It was derived from the MS 73 transport in 1934 and ordered into mass production following successful testing. The aircraft saw action in Eritrea/Ethiopia, Spain and Spanish Morocco, Libya, Albania, Italy and East Africa. Some even saw action in the Italian and Finnish Air Forces after WWII.

Very large kit of the oversized Luftwaffe transport that was originally designed for Operation Sealion, the invasion of Great Britain. The glider was towed by a He-111Z tug. The glider proved to be a bit dangerous, so the Luftwaffe installed engines on the aircraft; it was much more successful that way. This well detailed model has over 250 parts and features interior detail in the cargo bay, opened or closed bay doors, very good cockpit and more. Still factory sealed. The Bloch 174 was an excellent armed reconnaissance bomber that first flew in January of 1939. By the time of the German Invasion, only 50 had been made and only one unit operated the aircraft exclusively. Their high performance allowed the existing 174s to be used extensively with few losses. After the Armistice, it continued to operate with the Vichy forces. Some saw action along side the Allies during TORCH in North Africa.
