Hard-to-find issue with a 1957 date. It is even rarer in this condition, which is with an 'excellent' box, never started and still factory sealed inside. This is part of Aurora's very famous 1/8 scale figure kits. This one includes a base with a map of Holland and Dutch Box with hat, wooden clogs and skates. Molded in a very light flesh-like color. Rare. Original one-and-only issue dated 1958. The box is in 'very good' condition with brilliant color and gloss, four solid corners & no repairs, stains or tears, and no price tags or tape (other than the factory sealing tape, of course). The flaws are edge and corner wear and light general wear, the two small lithograph chips at the very lower right, a light crease at the top left and other light general wear as shown. The model features a loading crane elevates and swivels 360 degrees & is fully rigged with blocks and tackle; a realistic simulation of the entire load-to-launching process can be duplicated with the trailer, truck, crane and launch pad, crew of 4, textured concrete base, missile launch pad, removable Jupiter IRBM and more. Molded in correct white and olive drab. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The decals are perfectly flat, intact and grade 'excellent+' condition with light age yellow as the only flaw. The instructions are in 'excellent+' condition with slight age yellowing. NOTE: Parts #35, crane corner, is broken in two. Both parts are present and they fit back together perfectly. On two of the crane booms parts, several of the fine braces are broken out. For one, all of the broken parts are present; for another a few tiny braces are broken out and missing. These are straight sections that can be replaced with stock plastic or pulled sprue.

Rare long box from 1957. Features hinged windshield, rolling wheels, rubber tires, driver, two combat troops and detailed M3-37mm field gun. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. The "Monogram Military Wheels" series was first released in the late 1950s and are such fine models that they still in high demand today by both builders and collectors. The original line included the Jeep and 37mm Anti-Tank Gun, US Army Armored Half Track Multiple Gun Carriage, US Army Eager Beaver Truck, Patton Tank, M-29C Weasel, The Fabulous GIs and US Army M3A1 Armored Personnel Carrier. All had many action features and nearly perfect fit and finish. Monogram expanded the line in the 1960s and early 1970s with additional USA and German tanks.

Aurora of Canada issue from about 1969-1972. One of the classic and very popular knight kit from the original molds. Large 1/8 scale kit is molded gloss black and has the original white plume. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that the box is only graded 'fair-' because of heavy wear and cardboard loss o the lower right corner as shown. In the mid 1950s, Aurora bought three 'Knight' molds from Crown Plastics and issued them as K1, K2 and K3. These were the very first Aurora figure kits and they sported the 1956-only rectangular 'Northern Lights' logo with the correct 'Crown Line' logo inside it. The sales success of the Knight prompted Aurora to launch an entire line of figure kits. The knights themselves stayed in production long after many other figures were discontinued.
