Hard-to-find Soviet Tri-Jet design in Cold War Aeroflot markings. The box is in in 'excellent' condition which is rare. Features large colorful decal sheet and good overall surface detail. This is the 1968 release of this kit, which may have only been issued twice. The Boeing SST was modeled here in the second (-200) variant which still had the swing-wing design which proved impractical in this aircraft. The damaging effects of sonic booms over population centers ultimately contributed to the cancellation of the project. Nicely molded with all recessed panel lines.
