Still factory sealed. Large kit with excellent detail from the original 1950s molds. When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, detailed cockpit, sliding canopy and more. Includes decals for VF-5 USS Yorktown (CV-5) and VF-6 USS Enterprise (CV-6).

Still factory sealed. 1979 issue is from the original Matchbox molds. Includes markings and parts for Wellington X, RCAF Dalton 'Ghost Squadron', Mk. XIV 179th Squadron RAF Coastal Command Gibraltar and MkX Polish Squadron RAF Hemswell. The 428 Squadron aircraft is the markings for Wellington HE239 in which Sgt. L.F. Williamson was awarded the CGM for courage and flying skill. On a night mission over Duisburg on April 8th, 1943, an explosion ripped the rear of Williamson's ship, blowing off the rear gun turret, fuselage fabric and vital parts of the control surfaces. He managed to bring the crippled ship home safely.

1958 first issue with fantastic Jo Kotula boxart. This is the Parents' Magazine issue with the seal located in the lower right. In the day this was considered a fine kit and rated highly in reviews. Classic 1930s Navy Biplane Fighter that is still famous for their colorful paint jobs at that that time. Cowl, tail and trim color would vary with the group's Aircraft Carrier (Ranger, Lexington or Saratoga and the aircraft's position in the flight formation. NOTE: has minor assembly. The seat and floor have been neatly glued to the cockpit. Quality of assembly is professional. There is no other assembly and zero painting. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

This kit is seldom seen due to it's very high selling price of $2.95 and is even rarer in this condition- never started & 100% complete in a superb box. Enterprise pulled out all the stops on this design to make it easy to build and fun to fly. Features completely finished and notched wing leading and trailing edges, die-cut balsa and lite-plywood parts, profile (flat) fuselage from one sheet of factory-cut wood, fully formed gear struts, finished main and tail wheels, a clear bag of hardware and U-Control parts, ribs pre-drilled for U-Control leadout wires, wood stock as required, a very large sheet of full color decals (in amazing 'near mint' condition), covering tissue and superb full-size, illustrated building plans. Never started. The small parts are still in the factory-sealed clear bag; the other parts were never sealed and have been inventoried complete. Includes all paperwork.

1959 hard box kit with colorful Jo Kotula artwork. This kit bears much resemblance to the Bounder bomber. Molded in gloss light gray & clear. Never started. Inside, the kit is like new and even contains the original factory tissue paper. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. The decals are in exceptional ('excellent') condition with light yellowing as the only flaw. The instructions are 'excellent++.' Please note that the box is only graded 'good-' because of moderate general wear as shown and a very small (15mm x 4mm) tape tear on the long lower side.

Very rare Nuclear Airliner 'Imeptus' model kit from 1959 and the first and only issue of this model as a commercial transport. Features removable nuclear reactor, opening door with emergency rocket, clear upper and lower observation windows and cockpit canopy and removable 'donkey' pusher aircraft that would help during take-off. Includes colorful decals for Nuclear World Airlines. Never started. Inside, the kit is excellent. It has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The decals are flat and in 'excellent' condition. Typical age yellowing is the only flaw. The instructions are 'excellent' with yellowing and light edge wear as the only significant flaws. The box has very good color and shine, four solid corners, no repairs, no tape or tape marks, no price tags or tag marks and no stains. However, it does have moderate general wear on the edges & surface scuffs as shown, as well as some 'puckering' of the litho. That is why it is only graded 'good.' This kit must be shipped insured.
