Accurate scale kit of this NASA interplanetary platform. This model is made of injection molded plastic, metal panels and metal wire and includes a full color decal sheet. Features unusual stand that allows the satellite to spin (see box top left and right) and 'appears to defy gravity.' Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Dated 1960. The box is in beautiful 'Excellent++' condition. The only flaws are very light wear marks and the scratch in the B-17 at engine #3. Notice the 'Sunburst' logo with no 'Famous Fighters' in the oval, which dates this kit closer to the mid 1960s. Molded in black and clear with the clear triangular 'globe' display stand. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are in amazing 'near mint' condition with the only flaw being very slight yellowing. The instructions are in 'excellent' condition with typical yellowing and very slight edge wear.

This is a very rare and large 1/8 scale museum quality kit. The three 1/8 aircraft in this series are widely considered to be the finest model aircraft ever produced. This one duplicates the classic Sopwith Camel using many of the original materials in a near perfect representation of the inner structure of the aircraft. There are 1,198 parts made from die-cut plywood, Japanese cypress, cast soft metal, brass, aluminum, rubber, injection molded plastic and many other materials. The wingspan is 1067mm (42 inches) when assembled. The engineering of the kit is world-class right down to the assembly plans. Inside, the kit has never been started. All original packing materials are in 'mint' condition and all parts are still sealed in the factory parts bags. Includes all plans, decals, instructions and paperwork. As an added precaution, I have carefully done a 'bag' inventory - all parts bags are present and factory sealed. Please note, this item must be shipped insured. NOTE: this kit comes in the original factory cardboard shipping box (not shown). It will be shipped in this box unless you specify differently. Additional shipping costs will apply if you wish to have it place in yet another (second) shipping box.

One is the stock way on the box top and the other is with a custom engine and realistic side curtains as shown on the box side. This is a very nice model featuring full engine detail, removable hood, optional parts, a rolling chassis build just like the real car with detailed front and rear suspension & exhaust, full interior, a wide variety of excellent decals, optional position top and clear side curtains, police accessories (two constables hats, two nightsticks, flashlight, loudspeaker, sawed off shot gun, radiator 'star', crank siren, special mirrors and lights, etc). and more. First issue of this rare model. The "S" hardbox is dated 1956 and has factory-new gloss and color, four solid corners, no tape or tape marks (at all - this box even escaped the factory sealing machine), no fading or creases, no torn litho and no stains. The flaws are light edge wear and general wear. Molded in the correct gloss dark green and clear with clear 'Revelving' Globe stand. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals and instructions are both in amazing 'near mint' condition.

Constructo Clipper Great Republic - Highly Prefabricated 20 Inch Long Wooden Ship, 1/265, U601

20 inches long and 11.5 inches high when assembled. Constructo kits are the finest of all the older prefabricated wooden ship kits. Features a completely shaped and sanded hardwood hull with predrilled mast, bowsprit, anchor chain and pedestal mounting holes, finished wood display stand, finished and painted stand pedestals and mounting nails, a large sheet of heavy cardboard with dozens of completely cut and finished and numbered hardwood parts held on with string, a factory sealed bag of fully finished fittings of metal, wood and plastic, numerous other hardwood parts completely cut to shape and numbered, deadeyes and blocks, paint and glue, wood stock as required and a complete set of sewn, ready-to-install cloth sails, black and white standing and running rigging thread, instructions in English and a full size plan sheet with many views, complete part identifications by number and excellent rigging diagrams. The kit has never been started. All the small parts are still in the factory sealed bags or factory-tied to the display piece. Only the hull was not factory sealed. With full size plans and instructions. Constructo kits were made in Spain and early issues in the USA were marketed by Constructo Nautical Miniatures, Inc, New York 1. There were many series of kits issues by size; some smaller and some larger than this kit.

N.K. Tichonravov lead the design team for this rocket powered interceptor in 1940. It actually had a mixed power plant of one liquid fuel rocket engine and two VS Zujev pulsejets. Due to power plant problem, the prototype was only flown as a glider. Armament was heavy with four 20mm cannons. The flight characteristics during testing were excellent. Never started and the parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions.
