SALE!! Very rare. Likely from the 1940s. William H Low Co., of Braintree Mass., issued the 'Wilo Line' which included a superb series of antique commercial firefighting equipment. The scale is given as 1/2" and the finished wagon is approximately 7.5 inches long (and over 14 inches long with the front hitch bar). The kits were very advanced for the time and shared many of the pre-fabrication methods of Hudson Miniatures. Wilo Line kits features "all parts in this kit cut to size and shape." Includes beautiful plastic injection molded spoke wheels, precut and machined large and small wooden parts, finished tanks, hose material, metal stock, a sealed bag of smaller parts including a great many more fully carved wood parts, brass chain, metal parts and full size plans with numerous drawings and detailed text instructions. There is even a painting guide. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed small-parts bags with the non-sealed parts inventoried complete including instructions/plans. The kits in this line include Amoskeag Steamer, Hose Reel, Hose Wagon, Chemical Engine and others. In most cases they are the only kit in existence of these historic vehicles.

Kit includes both models. The Avro was one of the first British aircraft and the Curtiss Golden Flyer was the Speed trophy winner at Reims in France. These are unique and accurate kits. The original internal frame structure and details of the aircraft is built from injection molded plastic. When complete, it is covered with a very strong fabric which is included. The result is a very realistic aircraft. The kits have never been started. Both have been inventoried complete including instructions.
