Features excellent high-definition resin hull, superstructure, turrets and range finder, numerous precision cast metal fittings and a large and extensive photoetched brass detail set. The smaller (like the turrets) resin parts, metal fittings and brass parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; the larger resin pieces were never sealed and have been inventoried complete. Includes hull number decals and instructions. Please note, this kit is not for beginners; experience in building large resin ship models is highly recommended. These destroyers served early in WWII and thus had a high attrition rate; Sims was lost with the tanker Neosho in the Battle of the Coral Sea, Hammann was assisting the crippled Yorktown at Midway when I-168 torpedoed both her and Yorktown. O'Brien, Walke, Buck and Morris were casualties of war also. The rest of the class were expended in nuclear testing after the war or scrapped in 1947.

Very, very rare and highly detailed model cast in high definition resin. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes instructions. From tanks-encyclopedia.com: The Type 1 Ho-Ha half-track was an armored personnel transport designed and introduced by the Imperial Japanese Army in 1941 and finally put into production in 1944. Its main purpose was to help the modernization of the Imperial Japanese Army by increasing the number of mechanized infantry regiments. This way, Japanese ground forces would catch up with other developed nations of the time that had already invested in this field, specifically the US. Mechanized infantry, unlike regular units, would have been faster and would have had an easier time dealing with the rough terrain that was more and more often encountered by the Japanese as the war progressed in China and in the hilly or mountainous landscape of the Pacific islands.

SALE! Very rare. Special issue of the Dodgers Team Aircraft made by Revell just for the concessions dealer 'Danny Goodman' for the LA Dodgers, Inc. I purchased this kit along with the Revell factory shipping carton. This carton was originally sold to Union 76 Service Station #3459, located at 12080 Ventura Blvd in Studio City California. The case was shipped directly from Revell in Los Angeles to the Union Oil Station; the gas station owner's son confirmed this. (Somehow Danny Goodman was bypassed in the transaction!). The kit is fresh from the original shipping carton with no more wear than you would expect. The box is in investment grade 'near mint' condition with the only flaws being some yellowing and light wear on the paper label. Inside, the kit is factory new. All parts, decals and instructions are still sealed in the Revell factory bag. The kit includes a wonderful photo of the 1963 Dodgers - World's Champions!

The blue-case TKK Mabuchi motor is present and still in the sealed factory bag. Only the (2) hull parts and treads were never sealed, and even the treads are 100% whole, 'near mint' and fully flexible. The instructions are 'near mint' and decals are still sealed in a bag and 'excellent.'

Very highly detailed, high-definition cast resin kit of this unique aircraft. The parts are still in the internally sealed bags. Includes decals and instructions. During early 1955, Hiller Aircraft designed a large, tilt-wing VTOL aircraft as an in-house study. In 1956, U.S. Air Force showed interest in this concept and assigned a contract to Hiller for the development of a VTOL cargo transport. The test bed was designated X-18. In order to speed the construction process and to conserve available Air Force funding, the X-18 was built from many existing materials, such as the fuselage from Chase C-122, the turboprop engines from the XFV-1 and XFY-1 and miscellaneous parts from the R3Y. The prototype was completed and started to proceed with ground testing in 1958. A year later, it made first flight without any difficulty. After a total of 20 flights were completed, the Air Force ended its flight-testing and set the X-18 aside for ground tests to develop a database for the upcoming XC-142 transport project. In 1964, the X-18 was disassembled for scrap.

Very Rare limited issue hardbox dated 1965. Issued as a promotion with the famous TV show "12 O'Clock High," which centered on the exploits of USAAF B-17s flying over Hitler's Germany. Molded in black and clear plastic, with the clear triangle-based stand. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that the decals are in amazing 'excellent++' condition. They are almost fully flat and have almost no age yellowing. Instructions are 'excellent' and have very light wear and the typical age yellowing. The instructions are in remarkable 'near mint' condition. Amazingly, the decal sheet has swastikas. This is unusual because they were removed from the decal artwork may years before this. Other kits in this rare series include the B-17 Bomber Formation (3 kits with a special 'bombing' stand and battle-damaged decals), P-38 Lighting, ME-109 (Bf-109), P-51, B-26, B-25 and Fw-190.
