Hard-to-find kit. In 1976 Revell released three 'Famous Air Battle Scene' diorama kits featuring WWII aircraft. Kit #1 was H661 'Battle of Berlin', #2 was H662 'Battle of Midway' and #3 was H663 'Battle of Britain.' This one features full-color heavy cardstock terrain base, bombed out building & background with crash-landed B-17 and '190 as well as two plastic model kits- a 1/72 P-47D Thunderbolt kit with pilot and action display stand and a 1/72 FW-190 kit with pilot and figures. The FW190 kit is unique to this issue in that it has the underwing anti-bomber rocket/mortars. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including all cardboard scenes, decals and instructions.
