Rare first issue dated 1960. Although never officially released as an "S" kit, it does have an illustration of Revell "S" cement on one long side. Kit features the Cutty Sark small booklet, full instructions for standing and running rigging, all rigging material, decals, ratlines and much more. All contents are still sealed in factory bags. This kit does not have the hull factory painted copper - but includes factory notification that the hull has not been painted - and a bottle of Pactra Copper paint is factory sealed into the parts! The Boeing SST was modeled here in the second (-200) variant which still had the swing-wing design which proved impractical in this aircraft. The damaging effects of sonic booms over population centers ultimately contributed to the cancellation of the project. The kit has wings that swing, United Airlines decals and a unique display stand.
