The kit features all fine, recessed panel lines, working wing flaps and ailerons, detailed cockpit and more. The model has provisions to be motorized so both props turn. Includes ground figures. The model as never been started. NOTE: the kit is missing the optional clear fuselage and cowls as well as the ground fuel truck. Otherwise inventoried complete with all other parts, decals and instructions. The Ki-109 was based on the Hiryu (Peggy) design as a high altitude interceptor against B-29s. A large cannon was placed in the nose and it had it's own operator stationed below the cockpit.

Kit is very nicely detailed with fine panel detail, cockpit, open/closed bomb bay doors with internal iron bomb load, tail "stinger" and detailed landing gear with good well detail. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bags including decals and instructions. The B-47 was a very advanced aircraft at the time. The XB-47 first flew in 1947. The big jet's speed was equal to or greater than all current fighter aircraft, so it received radar-controlled twin 20mm cannons in the tail as the only guns. Through the use of mid-air refueling, the B-47 gave SAC it's first all-jet force for nuclear or regular bomb delivery. Although it was tricky to fly, Stratojets flew into the mid 1960s. A program to strengthen the wings for low-level attack was responsible for prolonging the service life.

Type 3 logo 1960s issue 'Porcupine'. The box is worn, but the kit has never been started and is still sealed in the internal factory bag. Complete with decals and instructions. The Sunderland's 21-year record with the RAF has made it a legend. Derived from the Empire Class Flying Boat Airliners, Sunderland IIIs had a top speed of 210 mph and an endurance of 12 hours. These qualities made the Sunderland a superb platform for North Sea and North Atlantic patrols, ASW and SAR. Crews usually loved the airplane; its large size afforded many airborne comforts that bomber or fighter crews could only dream of, such as bunk, a head and an area for food preparation.
