It is from an earlier issue of this MPC model. It will work perfectly on the kit.
Hillcrest 1910 Curtiss Pusher Model A, 1/48

Old and rare kit from the 1950s. When most kits were wood, Hillcrest has to put "Prefabricated Parts" on the cover to distinguish it from other models of the time. The kit has injection molded main parts in the frame of the actual aircraft. The small cello bag is still sealed and contains cast metal details such as the engine and tank and the clear molded wheel disks. The framework is to be covered in tissue which is supplied. The instructions have a very nice three view drawing, parts diagram and written instructions. The Curtiss Pusher Model A was designed and flown by Glenn Curtiss and made a record-breaking flight from Albany to New York. For millions of New Yorkers, it was the first aircraft that they ever saw. The large 100 hp V-8 engine allowed it to win and set a new world speed record at the first French International Air Meet. Additionally, it was the first airplane to land and take off from a Navy carrier. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts and instructions.

Rare and large 1/4 scale kit. Over 3 feet long and highly detailed. This kit is designed to accept the Renwal Visible V-8 for a complete rolling chassis display. Chassis is motorized - gears shift - brake pads work on fluid through brake pedal - operating steering with gearbox and linkage - operational rear differential. Includes book on how an Automobile Chassis really works. Inside, the kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the factory sealed bags. The clear parts and some of the red parts were never factory sealed and these have been inventoried 100% complete. Rare kit from 1969. Large and completely transparent kit has full internal detail with fuselage framing, cockpit and engine. Fuselage is 20 inches long; rotors are almost 2 feet in diameter. Motor turns main and tail rotors with the batteries hid in the base. Sound unit makes "chop-chop" sound. 184 parts in 6 colors. The clear fuselage halves have no breaks or cracks, they are mint. The kit has never been started and has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions and inner packing cardboard.

Very cleanly molded by Fuji and includes the decals listed. The kit has never been started and is still sealed in the factory bag with the Fuji bag header. Includes decals and instructions. For decades it was assumed that this kit was from ex-Aurora molds. However, Jean-Claude Mermet has done a piece-by-piece comparison and sent photos - clearly they are not the same kit. It is clear that the Japanese-produced F4B-4 is a copy of the Aurora kits parts, but they are created from different molds. The design of a large number of parts is different, as well as the ejector pin locations and even the 'tree' structure.

Very Rare. 1956 first and only issue. Contains the following kits - M-4 Sherman, 155mm gun and high speed tractor, jeep and trailer. The Sherman features movable track and suspensions, opening hatches, elevating gun and rotating turret. Includes tank commander soldiers 'Set For Action'. The 155mm gun and tractor has many working features - the M-4 tractor has movable tracks and working bogies, rotating and elevating machine gun, driver and interior details. The gun can be stowed for transport with the tractor and all extra gear to do this correctly is supplied. The Long Tom features and elevating barrel, moving limbers and detailed mechanism. The jeep features rotating wheels, radio, jerry cans, detailed chassis and suspension, tilting windshield, driver/soldier and general figure, detachable trailer with rotating wheels, generator, cable reel, packs, tool box and more. The kits have never been started. NOTE: the kit should have 23 figures - it is missing 10. The 13 figures present are from the tank, gun, tractor and jeep. The jeep is still sealed in the factory bag. The Sherman, tractor and 155mm gun have been inventoried 100% complete. Comes with all decals and instructions for all three kits.

Very rare original issue hardbox from 1961 with Master Modelers logo. The kit is very nicely detailed and 20 inches long when assembled. Inside, the kit is as new. All parts, instructions and decals are still sealed in the factory bag. In December 1962, in fog off San Diego, Oriana collided with CV-33 USS Kearsarge, causing considerable damage to both vessels. A claims court found Oriana's captain had been steaming too fast for conditions. The CV was for a time afterward good-naturedly nicknamed "The Mighty Kay-runch."
