Dated 1981 and still the only 1/72 scale injection molded kit of this handsome aircraft. A very nicely molded kit of the Royal Navy cruiser floatplane with markings for both aircraft listed. While the box is rough ('good-') condition, the kit inside is fine and the decals and instructions are both in 'excellent+' condition.

Very rare original issue from late 1962/1963. This issue has more than double the number of pieces of the 1970s issue. This model features parts to build any one of the three versions listed, full interior, opening hood, detailed engine, engine compartment with firewall, battery, radiator and washer jar and molded underside detail. Molded in gloss light tan, chrome plate, clear, red tinted clear and with rubber white sidewall tires, metal axles and metal body screws. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried with all car parts 100% complete and photocopied instructions. NOTE: missing decals and the original instructions. These photocopied instructions are from a photo and not the originals. The source photos were only 'fair', which means that you can inventory and assemble the kit with them but they are not good for anything else. The box displays only 'fair' because of bug damage to the lithograph.

NOTE: this kit has minor, 'near mint' quality subassembly as follows: clear light lenses to headlight buckets; grill detailed (painted) where required (superbly done to 'excellent' quality); axle guides to chassis; chassis airbrushed the correct semi-gloss black. There is no other assembly. Inventoried and includes all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: decals are photocopies from another Hasegawa issue of this kit; they work perfectly for assembly but the figures from the other issue were not included in this issue. The decals are cut out but are all present. The extra ones (used in different cars other than this one) are not present; only the Cadillac decals are present.
