Superb, large-scale wooden ship kit measure 19.5 inches long when assembled. Features fully precarved solid hardwood hull, all basswood and metal construction, copper sheathing below the waterline, laser cut paddlewheel covers, brass and Britannia metal fittings and much more. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including plans/instructions. The Harriett Lane was built in 1857 and named for President Buchanan's niece. The cutter was 180 feet long with a 30 foot beam and displacement was 670 tons. Armament consisted of 3-9 inch Dahlgrens and 1-30 lb Parrot Rifle. She was built at a time when steam was not fool-proof, so she is rigged for full sails. Harriett Lane served as the Presidential Yacht, the fired the first shot of the Civil War. She chased down blockade runners until January 1, 1863 when she was attacked by five Confederate Gun Boats and boarded. She was captured and renamed the Lavinia and was used as a blockade runner. Near the end of the war she caught fire at sea, and put into Havana Harbor. Federal forces took her again and rebuilt her in 1869 as the bark 'Elliot Ritchie'. She was abandoned at sea in 1884.

Very large 1/200 scale destroyer that is fully designed and motorized for water operation and intended for remote control. Very well detailed. Features full hull for working version or waterline for display only. Molded in dark gray, dark red (lower hull), clear and brass plate. Also includes metal an nylon gear box for dual prop drive, brass props and drive shafts, switch, motor mount and other metal hardware. Like most of these models, the motor is not included but readily available (RE-280 or other). The kit has never been started. This kit is from quality Airfix molds and is one of the MPC issues with custom decals and the unique clear modular display stand. Dates from the late 1960s/early 1970s. Note that this issue still has 'Craft Master' under the MPC logo. Before this, MPC was marketing Airfix kits under the Craftmaster name in the USA. This continued for several issues and was finally discontinued although MPC continued to distribute Airfix and their own models. This kit has never been started. It is either still in the internally sealed factory bag or has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: decals have some flaking.

Features finely molded chrome spoke wheels, real rubber tires, detailed derailleur, cluster and chain drive, twin-stick stem-mounted gear shifters, steerable front wheel, lightweight diamond-styled racing frame, caliper brakes and numerous optional parts including rear carrier, child seat, headlight, speedometer, mirror, tool bag, water bottle, air pump, generator, pack and chrome clamp (for rear carrier), kickstand and brake safety levers. With authentic Schwinn decals. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing seat. I think that modeling clay would be the easiest way to make a seat, so I have included a large chunk of brand-new leather brown modeling clay. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals and instructions present. MPC release one other kit in this series, the beautiful Schwinn Stingray, also in 1/8 scale.

Ringo issue from ITC molds. Ringo was the name used to clear out the ITC warehouse when ITC left the model business. This is the famous first bomber to sink a battleship under any circumstances. Billy Mitchell arranged to have the ex-WWI German Battleship Ostfriesland used as target practice for 6 MB2s, and the ship sank in 25 minutes. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: Most Ringo kits came with no decals, and this kit is no exception. However, I have included a set of the superior Glencoe decals.

Kit features highly detailed deck, deck houses, cargo holds and covers, masts, yards and booms, bilge pump, windlass, 20 crew figure, and lifeboats with oars, life preservers, anchors and anchor chains. Includes draftline and transom decals, figurehead, finely detailed hull, preformed ratlines and molded deadeyes, pin rails and blocks, full standing and running rigging instructions and diagrams, flag sheet, 35 pre-formed vac billowing sails and thread and chain for rigging. Molded in three colors. The kit has never been started. All parts originally factory sealed are still sealed in the Revell factory bags. The hull halves were never bagged and are as new.
