Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Exc++++

Sold

1955 first issue in the 'S' hardbox. Fantastic early artwork in exceptional condition. Color and gloss are like new and all four corners are solid with no repairs. This kit also has the correct 1st issue instructions showing the one piece arm. Molded in the correct high gloss silver and clear. The kit has never been started. MPM Avia Av-135 (B-135) Fighter - Bulgarian Imperial Air Force 1943, 1/48, 6001

Multimedia Model Kit,   Box Condition: Exc

Sold

Large 1/48 scale kit of a rare subject. The original prototype flew in September of 1938 but was destroyed in the same year. Prototype #2 flew in December of 1938 and included many refinements. Prototype number three flew after the German occupation in June of 1939. The design was successful and was reconstructed into the B-135 prototype and patterned for series production. Twelve machines were built for Bulgaria and were delivered in 1943. They did see action and one shot down a B-24 on March 30, 1944. The aircraft ended their careers as trainers after World War II. The kit features very high quality main vacuform airframe parts with fine recessed panel lines and all injection molded details. Vacuform part detail is better than many injection molded kits. Includes cockpit detail and clear vacuform canopy as well as a full painting guide, detailed full sized drawings and decals.
