Still factory sealed. Has markings for either version. A very well made model of one of the greatest aircraft in aviation history. Wiley Post, Amelia Earhart, Hearst, USAAF and the RAF were among it's record setting pilots and operators. Kit features full cockpit and complete passenger cabin with floor and seats, optional wheel pants and other optional parts and decals with paint guide for the two aircraft listed. The Shell aircraft is a very colorful bright yellow overall with red trim.

During the golden era of realistic train models, La Belle Woodworking Company created perhaps the very finest scale kits of early American passenger equipment. The kit features die cut hardwood parts (no balsa), carved floor and roof, underside details and truss rods, metal details, building instructions, full decals and full size plans. I have built these models and they look identical to the real prototypes. The kit has not been started and is complete with all parts, sealed smaller details and plans + instructions. KVZ was the logo used by this East German kit manufacturer from 1969 to 1973. During this time, some fantastic Cold War kits were produced of Russian Aeroflot Airliners and Military Helicopters and Aircraft. Never started. This kit is molded in dark green and clear and features raised details, antenna material and has cockpit detail with a crew of two. It includes decals for all countries listed. Never started. NOTE: missing small clear panel under nose. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals and instructions.

1960 issue of the rare 'Whip Fly' series. Hardbox artwork for this series was 'action' photos by Tom Kelly. Whip-Fly kits contain the aircraft model with nose ballast, a metal control ring, 12 feet of control line and a control handle so that you could spin the aircraft around in circles. This kit has never been started. It is either still in the internally sealed factory bag or has been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

From Aoshima molds. Features working ailerons, crew of two and beaching stand. Molded in medium blue and clear. The kit has never been started. All the kits were all made in Japan by Aoshima but specifically for US distribution. Some kits had provision for motorization and some did not.

From the 1950s. Rare kit for the advanced Hawk collector. Still factory sealed but the header panel is in 'good' condition. I have shown the best side; the reverse has a price tag tear. This kit was 'Made in the British Empire by Lincoln International.' Lincoln was an injection molding firm that issued models as a side-line. Kits were made in Great Britain, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand and sold in many more countries. They reissued at least 13 Hawk kits. I have dated these late 1950s because the R3C-1 Army Racer (also released in this series) still has wheels. Later issues had floats.
