The kit is beautifully molded in black, white and tan and has excellent detail and mold quality. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

Original issue from the early 1970s. Car appears to be either a 1973 or 74 Chevelle 2 door coupe. Well detailed for that time. Features complete engine, detailed underside with separately molded driveline, rear axle, shocks and more, very nice full race interior, opening hood and more. Molded in white, clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. Very Rare. From about 1943/44. Burkard kits almost never show up on the open market. They were exceptional solid wood display models for their time - highly prefabricated and very large scale. This one features a 19 inch wingspan, completely precarved fuselage (only needs final sanding), precut wings with airfoil, pre-cut stabilizers, fully formed wheels, other wood parts as required, canopy material with the frames printed on in silver, two big full color insignia sheets, a corked glass bottle of glue and 'near mint' condition full size plans with building instructions. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts.

Rare. From 1951 or '52. This kit is among Cavacraft's excellent final efforts to compete in the solid model hobby, and it is as good or better than Strombecker. The fuselage and wing are completely machine cut to shape with only final sanding needed. The quality is excellent - as good as some Strombecker kits. The rudder and elevator are still in the die-cut hardwood sheet. Also includes pre-shaped wooden wheels, metal gear struts, vacuform canopy, sanding stick, sand paper, decals, full size plans and full instructions. The kit has never been started. First issue about 1956 with Northern Lights logo. NOTE: builder kit only, please read carefully. This is the first issue, molded in the correct gloss olive drab with black flexible treads. NOTE: this kit has very neat assembly. The bogies and treads have been assembled one one side, and only two sprockets are assembled on the other side. Quality of assembly is 'professional' and all parts move exactly as they should. There is no other assembly. The outer edges of the assembled wheels are painted black; there is no other painting. Measures about 14.25 inches long when assembled and features a full hull, complete deck fittings and cannon, individual oars, cloth sails with printed color design, full rigging material, excellent and very detailed rigging instructions (down to how to make certain knots) and display stand. NOTE: this kit has 2 parts built. The hull halves are assembled to 'professional' quality. There is no other assembly and zero painting. Inventoried complete with all parts, sails, rigging material and instructions. Other big ships in Imai's superb 'Sailing Ship Series' include the Susquehanna, Roman Warship, Greek Warship, Catalan Ship (Mataro's Ship), Galeass Ship, Santa Maria and the Chebec. Rare promotional model with a metal chassis. The sticker on the bottom says "PONTIAC Mfg. by Aluminum Model Toys, Inc under authorization & control of Gen. Mtrs. Corp" This model was obtained on Feb. 1, 1965 in Lexington KY by a very discriminating collector. It is in superb condition. The paint has 'factory-new' color and gloss and the chrome is all intact and bright. The model has never been played as the tires are perfect. Amazingly, there is only a light bit of body warp, and it is at the center and not very noticeable. The clear is in 'excellent++' condition. I would grade this one 9 out of 10 with 10 flawless. The box is NOT original to the model.

Very rare, especially in this condition. Boucher was one of the earliest successful high-quality model companies in the USA. It was founded in 1905 Horace E. Boucher, a French-born naval architect employed by U.S. Navy Department and head of the Navy's model shop in Washington. Boucher kits were prized possessions at that time and naval museums displayed built versions - there are more than 40 Boucher kits in the Smithsonian alone. Boucher pioneered the mass production of cast metal fittings and selling full kits to the general public. Some credit him with starting the infant model industry in the United States that grew to prominence in the 1950s. At the very least, he took what had been the hobby of a tiny handful of skilled craftsman and made it into a hobby that almost anyone could enjoy. This is a wonderful model featuring a stunning hardwood fully carved full hull, other wood stock are required, clear material for the pilothouse, the correct factory box of fittings (a miniature of the large box) stamped "100 Ft Harbor Tug Boat," full text instructions that are very detailed for that time and full size plans. The actual ship measures 13 inches long when assembled. The kit has never been started. All the fittings except the screw are still factory sealed in small wax paper bags. All non-factory sealed parts are complete with paperwork.
