Dated 1994. Well detailed and molded kit with 103 parts. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: This kit was factory sealed but it has been exposed to moisture - so I removed the seal to inspect it. The instructions are 'very good++' and the parts look perfect. The decals are still factory bag sealed but you can see discoloration on the backing sheet due to moisture exposure. You will probably need to supply your own decals.

Type Three logo issue. As her sister Rodney, she was designed with her main battery of 16" guns in triple turrets forward to make the armored box shorter to save weight. This did shorten the ship and reduce weight, but further sacrifices in available space and weight in propulsion made for a low top speed. Never started. Factory sealed internal bag with instructions.

The 1st issue of this kit. 'S' Box artwork is dated 1956. Revell's early ship models were remarkably detailed for their time. This kit is no exception and has excellent detail. Kit comes with preformed ratlines and full rigging instructions. Kit even has the original sealed tube of Revell 'S' Cement. Never started and complete. Includes all parts, assembly/rigging instructions, rigging material and flag sheet. NOTE: instructions have a closed tear about 7 inches long. No material is missing and the tear has been stabilized with clear tape.

1940s high performance glider that has made flights of over one hour. If you have never flown any of these early gliders, you are in for a surprise. I have a few made in the 40s that I have flown recently, and they are up in light thermal in literally seconds and you are running for it. This model features solid balsa wings with factory cut airfoils, completely die-cut horizontal and vertical stabilizers, body stick, unopened tube of glue, sandpaper and detailed full size plans with construction and flying notes. Never used and complete.

Very nice pre-fabricated kit that measures 13.5 inches long when assembled. Features beautifully precarved hardwood (not balsa) hull, hardwood display stand and turned pedestals, two sheets of quality printwood, tapered wooden masts and yards, other wooden dowels as required, cast metal fittings (ships wheel, lifeboat, windlass, anchors, cannon & carriages, fife rails, etc), metal name plate, black standing rigging and tan running rigging material, full color insignia sheet & flags and a detailed, full size plan sheet with instructions and full rigging information. There has been no assembly but NOTE: two parts #3 have been neatly (and partially) cut from a printwood sheet. All other parts are uncut. The small parts (fittings) are still in the factory sealed bag. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.

McDonnell-Douglas and Lockheed both produced tri-jets for an over-estimated market, which lead to neither design being very financially successful.
