Still factory sealed. Beautiful craftsman style kit of this D&RG Howe Truss type bridge built around 1881 at mile post 452.4 just north of Durango, Colorado. The kit is designed to NMRA standards. Although shown as a 3 foot bridge, it can be used for 2 or 2.5 foot gauge also if you center the central stringers below the rails; no other changes are necessary.

Revell American Firefighters Hose Reel - Brazil Issue, 1/48, H702

Still near mint in the factory seal but the seal has split on the side. Kikoler issue from Brazil. Includes two highly detailed horses, hitch, carriage with frame detail, rubber hose, rope and metal chain, along with two firefighters and a Dalmatian dog. Marlin first cut the molds in 1952 and issued the six original American Firefighters (Chemical and Ladder, Steamer, Hook and Ladder, Water Tower, Aerial Ladder and Hose Reel) in 1952. Revell signed a marketing agreement with Marlin in 1953. Five of the kit were released with the Revell name and marketing name 'Collectors Kits, Closter N.J.' Revell added the horse parts as they were not originally part of the Marlin issues. The kits made excellent display pieces, but they never caught the imagination of young men like jet aircraft did. The five molds were shipped to Brazil; however Kikoler (Revell Brazil's Distributor) only issued three them. After the production run, they were shipped back to the USA but the molds were lost at sea.

Described as "Beautifully Aerodynamic" or "Like an Upside-Down Bathtub", most folks either loved or hated the design. But there was no mistaking the popularity and reliability. Sales to the public service sector for this workhorse were very high. This is the Police car version, featuring working sirens and flashing lights. Very rare, first and only hardbox issued as a tie-in promotion with Twentieth Century Fox Television's hit "12 O'Clock High." Dated 1965. Some of the most valuable models are linked to TV or movie promotions and the "12 O'Clock High" series from Aurora is no exception. This example has like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no tape, tags or tears and zero fading. The only flaws are very light, even and general wear. Molded in silver and clear with the correct large 'Battle Damaged' decal sheet, which is in 'excellent' condition. The kit has never been started.
