1967 issue with a fantastic 'near mint' condition box with brilliant color and gloss. It would grade 'mint' but there is a 'sale' price sticker on the left short side. The is kit is modeled off the D-1 on exhibit at the USAF Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, USA. Includes parts and decals for D-1 or A-4 variants. Features removable cowling, two detailed engines, optional position landing gear, rotating wheels and propellers, crew of three and four 550lb bombs and bomb racks for the A-4 bomber version. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

Dated 1969 - most likely the second issue. Nicely molded kit includes optional position landing gear, movable wheels and very colorful and colorful, complete Douglas Prototype markings. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. If you sent Revell 25 cents, you could have your choice of the following decals for this model: Air Canada, Alitalia, Bonanza, Delta, KLM, Iberia, Ozark or Southern.

1970s issue of the popular 'Profile Series.' Very cleanly molded kit with decals for all three aircraft listed. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bag including decals and instructions. The decals are 'excellent' which is rare. Airfix molded these kits in England, sealed them in bags and shipped them to MPC. MPC added the decals, instructions and box and marketed them through numerous outlets in the USA including hobby shops, grocery stores, dime stores and department stores. This arrangement with Airfix was older than the Profile Series, dating back to when the very colorful Airfix 'Craftmaster' kits were marketed in the USA.

Includes parts for various alternate versions (civil or military), wheels or floats, regular plastic props or clear discs and of course the stock decals and wild customizing decals...which, to say the least, are interesting. With them, you can imagine what ex-Luftwaffe aircraft would look like in a hippy-run post-war Lufthansa.

Still factory sealed. 1960s issue of the first Australian fighter aircraft. The Boomerang was developed from the Wirraway as a stop-gap defender. The prototype flew on May 29, 1942. 250 were built and the aircraft was used extensively in New Guinea for ground support.

Airfix Henschel Hs-123 - Type 3 Logo Bagged, 1/72, 136

Still factory sealed. 1960s bagged kit with header. The Hs-123 was the Luftwaffe's first in- service dive bomber and was built by the famous locomotive maker Henschel. The '123 had been replaced by the start of WWII by the Stuka, but demand continued for the aircraft and they were of great use in Belgium and France. During the terrible weather of the Russian campaign, the HS-123 once again found itself in demand. When conditions were so bad that other aircraft could not fly, the Hs-123 would often be in the air. The sturdy construction and good flying characteristics made it a favorite among pilots.
