Very rare issue with the early Tamiya-Mokei logo. The box is the desirable high-gloss issue and displays in 'excellent' condition. Inside, the kit is exactly as it left the factory. It has never been started. All the parts that were factory sealed are still sealed. The bags that had the color factory headers still have the headers present and in 'excellent' condition. The blue-case TKK Mabuchi motor is present and still in the sealed factory bag. Only the (2) hull parts and treads were never sealed, and even the treads are 100% whole, 'near mint' and fully flexible. The instructions are 'near mint' and decals are still sealed in a bag and 'excellent.'

Superb quality model that features high-definition resin parts, a very large number of cast metal parts including individual tracks, turned metal barrel, turned metal ammunition rounds and more. In early 1944 The Krupp/Steyr Construction Bureau displayed a wooden mockup of a light universal weapons carrier. The first functional prototype was built and tested on the Hillersleben Proving Grounds. It had a wide lower hull for improved stability while firing. The potent 8.8cm l/71 gun sat in an open top fully rotating turret. After testing, the project was dropped in favor of the Ardelt Design.

Mattel logo issue that is dated 1967. Very highly detailed. The kit has several action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals, sliding canopy, bracing material and instructions for rigging. The kit has never been started. Still factory sealed. When the Me-209 was dismissed as the 109s successor, design work began on the 309. It was intended to be a high speed, long range heavy attack fighter with an ejection seat and pressurized cockpit. Four were built, but the RLM never assigned any priority to the project. By that time, jets showed more promise and work was stopped. Well molded with all recess panel line detail.
