1/700 scale waterline model that is very highly detailed and finely molded. Includes aircraft. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Chuyo was converted to an aircraft carrier from the 1938 Passenger-Cargo NYK Liner Nitta Maru. The IJN subsidized all three Nitta Maru-class ships for possible conversion into auxiliary aircraft carriers.
