1/32 6850 Monogram Grumman Gulfhawk (F3F) Gulf Oil - White Box Issue

Plastic Model Kit,   Box Condition: Good+

NOTE: builder kit only, please read very carefully. Dated 1973 and likely the fourth or fifth issue. This kit has small Mattel logos on the long sides only. This airplane is a civil F3F that was flown for Gulf Oil by the famous stunt pilot Al Williams. The kit has several action features: When you pull the prop outward and rotate it CCW, the landing gear retracts. Pull it outward and rotate it CW, and the gear extends. Push the prop in, and it freewheels as normal. Kit features a movable control surfaces, highly detailed cockpit, full decals including striping, sliding canopy, very colorful decals including wing stripes and instructions for rigging. NOTE: this kit has very neatly built assemblies and minor painting. The following has been done to the designated quality: one prop balancer is glued on, the 'N' struts and center struts are glued to the assembled top wing with perfect alignment (professional). The instrument panel and rudder pedals are glued to the cowl (excellent++), the gear has been glued to the main drive shaft for the landing gear and prop (pro), the landing gear are assembled and work perfectly (excellent++ to professional), the engine has been glued to the firewall (pro), the two small side instrument panels are glued inside the cockpit (excellent++) and the struts and wheels have been painted (excellent+). There is no other assembly or painting. Inventoried with all parts, decals and instructions present.
