Earlier issue most likely from the late 1940s where the aircraft is labeled 'P-80' instead of the 'F-80' on later issues. StromBecker was famous for this line of precarved hardwood and plastic kits. The carving is done to the final shape. When complete it makes an impressive desk top display. Includes all hardwood factory-carved parts, clear plastic canopy, hardwood stand with metal stand arm, full decals, sandpaper, sanding stick, wood filler, Casco Powdered Casein Glue, Casein Company Wood Filler and complete instructions.
